Dr. Abhimanyu Modi (Main Character): A very competent doctor, who is extremely professional and strict regarding his work and does not allow others to slack in their work as well. He joined Sanjeevani as the Hospital's Head to look after the administrative work and solve the financial crisis that the Hospital was facing. He is also working on the New Sanjeevani Project. To solve the crisis that he was hired for, he had to take some drastic steps for which the current interns of the hospital dislike him and for that, they have unresolved issues towards him. However, Abhi is genuinely a kind-hearted reasonable guy but stays a bit reserved.

Dr. Nikita Malhotra (Main Character): A very talented and charming doctor with a mysterious background, who will join Sanjeevani to finish her last few months of internship, but mainly transferred here to help Dr. Abhimanyu with the New Sanjeevani Project and she comes highly recommended from her current hospital. However, some of her personal information is not disclosed to anyone in Sanjeevani and is tagged as "classified" due to "security reasons". She is also a friend of Dr. Armaan Mallik, who is currently working in Sanjeevani as an intern. They were best friends in medical college and still kept in touch over the years. Nikki looks up to Armaan as an older brother and Armaan is highly protective and possessive of her.

Dr(s) Armaan Mallik, Ridima Gupta, Anjali, Atul, Muskaan, and Rahul are the current interns of Sanjeevani, who have a clash with Dr. Abhimanyu. Armaan and Ridima are a couple and are soon to be married. 

Dr(s) Shashank, Kirti, and Shubhankar are the senior doctors of Sanjeevani.
