Part 19:" Post wedding rituals and romance" 

They clicked a lot of pictures as a couple and also with their family, Anuj not leaving a single chance to be close to his Anu.. be it placing her arm around her shoulder or waist, or resting his chin on her shoulder, or hugging/kissing her ... and her holding his arms, her head on his shoulder or chest, and gazing at him lovingly.. 

At dinner time, the lawn was converted into a buffet setup..everyone fed sweets to the bride and groom..and asked them to pick out each other's favourite food and feed it to each other before dinner.. Anu went to the dessert counter to get some chocolate fudge, and Anuj removed an imli candy from his pocket.. and they lovingly fed each other.. 

Mukku:" Chalo, ab khaana khate hain..bhook lagi hai..bhai, bhabhi..aaplog kya khaoge?" 

Devika and Bunty:" Chaat" 

Anuj:" Haan..baat toh sahi hai.. mujhe pehle ragda pattice khaana hai"

Anu:" Mujhe pani puri...tum dono sachme hume sabse acche se jaante ho" 

Devika:" Best friends kise kehte hain meri jaan...I mean..Anuj ki jaan" and she started laughing 

Anu and Anuj:" Devika ki bacchi!!" 

Bunty:" Arre usse chodo..pehle khaana kha lo chalo" 

They all have food, MaAn feed each other , just gazing into each other's eyes... Anuj sees a grain of food stuck near Anu's lips, he wipes it using his fingers...and Anu blushes even more...

They all complete dinner, and it's time to go home... 

Mukku:" Bhai, Bhabhi..aap dono ke liye humne jo bhi wedding gifts liye haina..woh hum ghar lejayenge...aap aaramse jab time mile dekh lena.. aaj toh aap busy honge na" and she winked at them.. laughing at their embarrassed faces.." 

Bunty:" Chalo..ab ghar chalte hain..main drive karunga aur Devika bhi hogi...hum dono tumhe ghar tak drop karenge.." 

They bid a goodbye to Anu's mom, Bapuji, Mamaji, kids, Sanjay, Dolly Bhavesh...and everyone had happy tears in their eyes as they blessed the couple..

Anu's mom had promised to shift with them in a few days.. 

Anuj helped Anu sit in the car and slipped in beside her, the bulky lehenga leaving barely any space for him.. 

Devika:" Anuj, agar tu uncomfortable ho toh yahaan aage aaja..main Anu ke saath baith jaungi" 

Anuj:" Nahi bilkul nahi.. main apni Anu ke saath hi baithunga.." 

And they waved goodbye, as the car started.. 

GK and Mukku were coming in the car behind them.. 

In MaAn 's car, both Anu and Anuj were lost in each other's eyes.. holding hands.. Anuj slowly came closer and put his head on her shoulder, and slowly blew at her hair, dangling at the side.. as she shivered...he held her gaze, and slowly placed his lips on the crook of her neck...Anu whispered 

Anu:" Anoooj, Devika aur Bunty yahin hain" 

Anuj, whispered back:" par car me partition hai na..unhe kuch nahi dikhega...shhhhh" 

Anu smiled, blushing... and pushed him away from her shoulder, placed her head on his chest and wrapped her arms around him...

She felt at peace, snuggling into him, closing her eyes and listening to his heartbeat...

He held her tighter,feeling her breaths on his chest, stroking her hair lovingly, inside the pallu on her hair... 

He slowly slid her hair to one side and started stroking her..and paused, to see if she was uncomfortable, but she just hugged him tighter...so he slowly moved his hand lower and caressed her bare waist... she clutched the back of his kurta in her fists...

She was enjoying the attention he was showering her with...it made her feel really special..and he was grateful to have her in his arms, comfortable...it spoke volumes about the love and trust she had for him..but he wanted to know if she was comfortable to take the next step forward...

Anuj:" Anu..."

He was about to continue, when the car stopped.. 

Bunty:" Hum aagaye ghar.. chalo"

Devika opened the door for them, and helped them out.. 

Bunty parked the car.. and they started walking to the lift... Anu was walking slowly and painstakingly...

Anuj:" Anu..tum theek ho?"

Anu:" Haan..kyu?"

Anuj:" Woh tum aise chal rahi ho..pair dard kar rahe hain kya?"

Anu:" Nahi woh aaj maine naye sandals pehne haine..aur meri skin sensitive hai..toh mujhe woh..kya kehte hain.."

Devika:" Shoebite"

Anu:" Haan wahi.. shoebite hui hai.. woh bohot ghanto se pehne the ne..aur dance bhi kiya.. khade rahe.. toh bas isiliye.."

Anuj:" Aree pehle batana chahiye na Anu.." 

He picked her up in his arms, and they went into the lift, and reached Anuj's apartment..

He kept her down and helped her remove her sandals.. 

GK and Mukku had already reached..and were waiting for them at the door.. 

They welcomed them with all the rituals, aarti, kicking the kalash full of rice, walking in with feet dipped in red colour.. which both of them did.. 

They went to the washroom to clean their feet.. Anuj held Anu's lehenga so that if didn't get wet..and then helped her dry her feet..as they were returning to the living room, she suddenly stopped and tugged at his arm.. he looked at her, confused.. she closed his eyes with one palm..and used the other hand to hold his shoulder..while she stood on her toes, and kissed his cheek...and whispered and I LOVE YOU in his ears..and peeked from beneath her lashes as she opened his eyes.. smiling ear to ear, biting his lower lip.. came closer to her and caged her between himself and the wall.. 

Anuj:" Accha mohotarma.. shaadi ke baad itni jaldi hai aapko romantic hone hi haan..not bad...not bad at all.."

And he leaned closer to kiss the side of her neck..

Her breath hitched.. and she slowly slipped into his arms..hugging him and hiding her face in his chest...

He hugged her back and laughed at the mixture of boldness and coyness his girl displayed... 

Kissing her hair, he said, 

Anuj:" Chale baby? Bahar sab wait kar rahe hain.."

Anu, still not breaking the hug:" Mmm"

Anuj:" Anu...jaan..chalo na..jaldi rituals khatam karke phir ek saath time spend karenge..hmm.."

She stepped back..still blushing, and held his hand..

Anu:" Chaliye.."

They walked out, hand in hand..

As they were about to step into the room..Anu held his hand and pulled him away to the bathroom again..

Anuj:" Anu ye kya kar rahi ho tum? Thoda sa control karlo na apne aap ko..main bhi toh kabse.."

Anu:" Anooojjj...kitna bolte hain aap.. woh dekhiye...and gestured towards the mirror.."

Anuj understood what she was talking about..but pretend to be oblivious..

Anuj:" Kya?? Haan mujhe pata hai main bohot handsome aur cute lag raha hu par thoda sa control karlo Anu bas...phir main tumhara hi toh hu.."

Anu:" Anujjjj...aapke gaal pe kuch laga hai"

Anuj:" Nahi toh"

Anu:" Haiiii"

Anuj:" Kya.."

Anu:" Meri..meri....meri lipstick ka nishaan"

Anuj, held her arms and pulled her closer, smirking..

Anuj:" Hmm...toh?"

Anu:" Toh kya..saaf kijiye isee"

Anuj:" Kyu?"

Anu:" Arre bahar sab dekhenge toh kya sochenge?"

Anuj:" Yahi ki tumse bilkul control nahi ho raha tha rituals complete hone ka toh tumne akele hone ka chance leke apne pati toh kiss karliya"

Anu:" Anuj...aap..jaiye..main aapse baat nahi karungi.. aap mujhe bohot chidhaate hain.."

And turned away..

Anuj took her in a back hug..

Anuj:" Sorry jaan..mazaak kar raha tha..woh tumne mujhe pehli baar kiss kiya na..nahi actually dusri..uss din tattoo pe kiss kiya tha..par...meri biwi ne pehli baar mujhe kiss kiya hai.. itna pyaara nishaan hai..mujhe hatane ka mann nahi kar raha Anu..pleaseee..."

Anu:" Anuj..aap samajhte kyu nahi hain..aap aise bahar nahi jaa sakte...chaliye hataiye ab isse.."

Anuj:" Pehle promise karo..ye nishaan tum mujhe phirse dogi..aur roz dogi?"

Anu:" Matlab aap chahte hain roz meri lipstick kharab hojaye aur waste hojaye? Nahi..ab se main woh lipstick use karungi jiska daag nahi lagta.."

Anuj:" Accha matlab roz kiss karna toh pakka haina" 

And winked at her

Anuj:" Par kabhi kabhi agar mera mann kiya toh tum mujhe ye nishaan dogi na..pleeejjj"

And he made a cute puppy face..

Anu:" Haan..abhi saaf kar lijiye.."

Anuj:" Mm hm.. tum hi kardo" 

Anu cleaned the lipstick mark and they went outside.. 

Devika:" Itni der lagti hai pair dhone me???" 

Mukku:" Aur bhabhi...woh red color aapke haath and pair se toh nikal gaya..galti se face pe lag gaya kya? Bhai dekho toh zara" 

Anuj:"Accha??Anu zara dikhana.." 

He held her face and started looking at her very intently..making her blush even more.. 

Anuj:" Haan Mukku..tu sahi bol rahi hai...iska face toh pura red hai.." 

Anu glared at him..

GK :" Accha bas..ab koi meri bacchi ko pareshan nahi karega.."

Anuj:" GK..aap Anu ki side kab se hogaye.." 

Anu:" Haan toh isme galat kya hai..meri maa humesha aapki side leti hai..toh aapki mummy meri side bhi le sakti haina.." 

GK:" Bilkul..ab chalo.. ye aakhri rasam puri karlo" 

They placed a bowl filled with milk and rose petals..and Mukku dropped a ring inside.. 

Devika:" Jo ye ring sabse pehle dhundega, iss ghar me uska hukum chalega.." 

Mukku and Bunty:" Cmon bhabhi...you have to win.." 

GK and Devika" Cmon Anuj...tu kar sakta hai" 

They started the game.. everyone was cheering for them..

Anu found the ring..but she let it go..she wanted Anuj to win..after sometime..Anuj found the ring....and he pushed it in Anu's hand, held her hand and brought it out.. 

Anuj:" Sunlo sabhi,

Zaahir ye sar-e- aam hai

Humaare dil ki mallika toh ye hain,

Hum toh sirf inke gulaam hai! 

Ab jab meri puri zindagi par Anu ka haq hai.. toh ye ghar kya cheez hai!! Obviously jo meri Anu kahegi wahi hoga!!" 

Devika:" Gadhe..pehle bata deta ki tu haarne waala hai.. main aur GK faltu me teri side aagaye.." 

Anuj:" Par main toh jeet gaya na" 

Bunty:" Kaise?" 

Anuj:" Kyunki main khud meri Anu ki side par hu" 

He kissed Anu's cheek... 

GK cleared his throat.. 

Anuj:" Kya hua GK..zyada icecream khali kya..gala kharab hogaya?" 

Bunty:" Arre duffer..woh tere pda dekh ke cough kar rahe hain" 

Anu:" Bunty..ye..pda..kya hota hai?" 

Bunty:" Ab main kya batau yaar..Anuj..tu hi samjha de na apni waali ko" 

Devika:" Haan..aur theoretically ke saath saath thoda practically bhi samjha dena.." 

Anuj kissed her other cheek too.. 

Anuj:"Anu, PDA ka matlab hota hai public display of affection..matlab apne pyaar ko publicly dikhaana....aur GK..aap buzurg hain kya..aap toh young haina..aapke saamne kaisi sharm...aap mujhse tips lijiye..apni girlfriends ke liye ok" 

Mukku:" Bhabhi itna mat sharmao na ab... chalo guys...let's go..inn dono ko enjoy karne dete hain..I mean..rest karne dete hain..thak gaye honge na bohot" 

Anu:" Aaplog kaha jaa rahe ho?" 

GK:" Mukku Devika ke saath uske ghar aur main Bunty ke saath uske ghar" 

Anuj:" Are par kyu..." 

Devika:" Kyunki hum single log bhi akele enjoy karna chahte hain..tumhaari tarah boring nahi hain hum !!!" 

Bunty:" Exactly..yahan sirf tumhara romance dekh kar kya kare..hum young single guys party karenge...chalo..main aur GK tum dono ko ghar drop kardenge.. "

Mukku went to Anu and hugged her..

Mukku:" Bhabhi ...finally aap officially meri bhabhi ho.. jitna bhai ne aapke liye wait kiya haina..utna hi maine, mummy papa aur GK ne bhi kiya hai...aaj main bohot bohot bohot khush hu..I love you bhabhi.."

And kissed Anu.. 

Anuj, pouting:"Bhabhi ke aate hi bhai ko bhul gayi...not fair.." 

Mukku, hugging Anuj:" Bhaiii I love you too.. aakhir aap mere liye itni acchi bhabhi jo laaye ho" 

Anuj:" Aur mera kiss?" 

Mukku:" Woh bhabhi se le lena" 

Anuj:" Mukku ki bacchi..!!!" 

Mukku laughed and kissed him... 

GK:" Dhyaan rakhna..kal subhe hum breakfast se pehle aa jaayenge"

Bunty:" All the best bhai!" 

Devika:" Enjoy guys...Anu..maine tera wedding gift tere room ke dressing table pe rakha hai.. tu sabse pehle woh dekhegi..change karne se bhi pehle.." 

And they left..closing the door behind them..
