Chapter 3

After dinner, all the students were sitting in a circle around the camp fire. Rey was sitting with taani much to his happiness. All the student were busy in themselves until Vicky got up and announced playing a game, which was spine the bottle. All students agreed and started playing the game.

After many turns and spicy tasks, bottle stopped on Rey. All hooted in excitement. Taani smiled at him which he returned then look ahead, at swayum who was suppose to tell him about his task. Rey winked at him, knowing his brother from another mother is gonna help him getting close to taani.

"You have to do a close romantic ball dance, you can chose anyone from here." Swayum told him, smirking at him. Rey smiled brightly, he got up and looked around, he could see all the girls present there were looking at him, some where passing cheeky grins, winking at him. Rey shook his head and turned to the girl who was sitting beside him. He knelt down before her, her hazel went wide as she stare at him with surprise.

"May i have the pleasure to dance with you, Beautiful?" He held his hand out for her, Taani looked around, she could feel all the eyes on her which made her squirm uncomfortably in her place. She hated attention. But when she look at him, into his eyes all her nervousness washed away. Unconsciously, she placed her hand in his. His heart skipped a beat, taani gave a weak smile to him which he returned with assuring one.

"I don't know how to dance." Taani whispered in barely audible tone as they both stand next to each other.

"Follow my moves, everything will go smoothly." He whispered in huskiest deep voice. Taani nodded slightly in return. Rey smiled as he wrapped his arm around her waist, holding her hand he placed it on his shoulder. Their eyes met as their bodies moved, she followed him like his shadow.

Their hearts were beating together in sync, they were so close to each other. Looking into each other's eyes deeply, they could see each other's hidden deepest emotions. Her lips curved into a soft smile which made him fall for her more. His heart was slamming hard against his chest in happiness, finally he is making progress and they are coming close to each other.

"Taani-" He called out for her ever so softly. She brings out this soft side in his which he had kept reserved for his family and few close friends till now.

"Yes, Rey."

"You are looking so beautiful." He whispered, admiring her angelic face, devoid of any kind of make up yet made her look most beautiful girl to him. Her soft flawless skin turned pinkish when she blushed, making him chuckle softly.

"Thank you." Taani mumbled back shyly. They ended their dance and sat on their respective seats. Taani was looking down shyly, playing with the hem of her top. Rey let out a chuckle and intertwined his fingers with hers. She was the cutest & sweetest girl he had ever met, and he is mad about her.

"What is your middle name, girl? Cute or cutest? Because you are so damn cute-" Rey asked her causing she burst into fits on laughter, brightening up his world with the most beautiful sound he had ever heard.

"Thats so cheesy, rey." Taani mumbled, smiling at him widely. The evening turned out to be most beautiful evening of their lives.

"You are very sweet, Rey, not like i thought you to be." Taani said to him, they both were engross in each other, ignoring the other students who had again got busy in the game they were playing earlier.

"And what you thought me to be?" Rey asked her. Taani smiled shyly then look at him.

"I thought, you will be arrogant, moody, rude and self center. But you are not like that, i was wrong." Taani said to him, and she was happy to be proved wrong in judging him.

"And I'm like?"

"You are very sweet, friendly and kind." Taani told him honestly which brought a smile on his face. The evening couldn't be more better than this for him. They are making progress, and he was extremely happy about that.
