Chapter ten

Amrik rushed to get dressed in a dulha attire with a sehra attached. Pandit instructed that the groom should cover himself to protect fom the 'shadi ka grehen' as the first dulha went missing. It was considered 'ashubh' for the marriage. The pandit was bribed so he played along.

Everything was planned from the very beginning and it went on smoothly. The families were glad that jasmin fell into the trap easily. Thanks to her being overconfident that she outsmart the others but this time she was fooled, really badly that she was gonna get the biggest shock of her life 

The marriage rituals took place between amrik and jasmin peacefully with the families showering flowers to bless them as they took pheras. Jasmin wondered. Are these people for real?? They are happy to see me getting married. 

When amrik applied the sindoor , all clapped cheerfully and then screamed loudly ' yeh finally marriage completed'  when he put the mangalsutra around her neck. Jasmin was still puzzled. Why were they too excited?? 

To her horror, the groom was not amrik as the sehra was finally removed when the pandit instructed him  after rituals completed. 

It was gippy.(groom swap)

Jasmin sandhu married Gippy Singh.

So this was gippy's plan . Marry her and then torture her to the fullest . After that ditch her. Just like a used and throw tissue paper. As how she did to him 

Fateh was the best person to be utilised in his plan of vengeance as jasmin would do anything to have him(fateh) due to her own ego battle with her sister. 

Amrik was used as the bait as both the guys had almost the similar physique. Their height and structure. Fateh was big built compared to them. 

If gippy took over fateh's place at the mandap , Jasmin would have easily recognized the  difference between both of them but with amrik it was difficult to predict. 

Jasmin was trapped . The families clapped and screamed at her at once

" Taste ur own medicine" 

Gippy took her by her right arm and dragged her from the venue into a waiting car outside at the entrance as she struggled to release herself. Fateh appeared as she was forced to seat in the car. 

" I will not spare u fateh for this and ur brother amrik .All of u as well" 

She screamed as she was taken away.

Sandhus waved smiling. " Have a nice journey, jasmin". 

She was kept as a captive in gippy's place forced to do all house chores. Treated as a maid while he enjoyed full on outings with his friends. Sometimes even brought his girlfriends home and flirted with them in front of her  His parents and sister took turns to keep an eye on her. She was not allowed to leave the house. They slept in separate rooms. He doesn't even go an inch near her. He despised her after what she put him through the unbearable humiliation. 

He didn't register the marriage on documents as he didn't want to spend his whole life with an evil woman on legal procedures. He would release her only after her sister was united with her ex.

 He planned to send her far away after tejo married fateh so that she never returned to harm anyone any longer. If he had a rocket , he was willing to send her to the outer space with just one way ticket. That much he hated her. Alas! It was not possible. She was destined to be on mother earth and torture the human species forever. 

As soon as he married her, the very next day he rang the actual mastermind behind all the plotting and who was none other than tejo's very own mummiji ( aunty) 

Flashback few months back

Gippy used to ring her from Canada stating he was dying from the inside as how jasmin betrayed him for fateh. He had sleepless nights and surrendered to sleeping pills to help him retain his sleep and inner peace. At one time, he even rang mummiji and stated he felt like taking away his life. The aunt got worried and finally told him then and there

" Marry jasmin and take your revenge. Torture her. No physical abuse required . Just hse chores were good enough to send her to a painful roller coaster ride. I know my niece. Aek number ki kamchor(lazy). At the same time she would be out of tejo's life and my darling daughter could live in peace . Perhaps united back with her husband. Fateh is a good guy" 

Gippy found truth in her words . He needed to take his revenge. Otherwise he won't be able to live in peace. He returned to India and started spying on all her activities waiting for the right time to execute his plan of destroying her peace. Tejo was a good human and she deserved happiness. He would get his revenge fulfilled and tejo will be united with fateh once again. 

There's a saying . Aek tir sey do nishane ( kill two birds with a stone) 

Jasmin used fateh in her plan to trap gippy , the similar he (gippy) did to her. Used the same guy to trap her instead. 

Virks and sandhus were delighted but fateh was upset. Will tejo accept him after all that has happened between them? Angad left so now his path was clear . He decided to meet her the very next day to confess his love.

That nite, his father came to his room and stated. 

" Give me back my Tejo" , to which he nodded in agreement and hugged his dad . Questions in his mind. He knew it was not gonna be easy but he had to try at least. 

Fateh and tejo  were united in a lavish ceremony followed by a grand reception in a five star hotel sponsored by angad who came for a short visit with his wife, pihu. . He was happy for them. 

They faced more new challenges in life ahead of them. 

 Buzo's ex gf popped out of sudden claiming she carried his child. A little girl with her.

Simran 's ex returned claiming Candy's custody.

Gurpreet suspects kushveer nimmo having an affair. She saw her sister's lipstick mark on her husband's shirt collar. Perhaps it happened accidentally. Gurpreet asking for divorce.

Mahi sneaking out of the house middle of the nite meeting up a guy. What was she upto

Worst of all a gay likes fateh and threatens to destroy his marriage life

As for jasmin she was busy a while with gippy and his family. She was determined to escape someday and return.

Meanwhile fatejo dealt with other villains .
