Next morning when she got up, Maan was already awake and had just returned all sweaty from Gym.

 

"Good morning sleepy head, wake up" but Geet lazily sat on bed watching him. She wanted to capture all of it, as much as she could.

 

"OK, chalo I will ask Nakul to get coffee for me and tea for you."

 

He said casually seeing her being lazy.

 

 

"Nakul kyun, Is my coffee so bad"

 

He pulled her from bed "Bad? It's worst. But abb use kee adat ho gayee hai..." he winked teasing her.

 

"Idiot" she said hitting him farther away and Maan laughed out loud.

 

"He can never use straight words to praise me. Kya aisee he yadein le ker jaoongee main?" And she left to kitchen cursing him.

 

After Maan left, Geet spent hours remembering their morning hours and smiled crept on her face.

 

 

In the evening hours,

 

In the evening Maaneet's room:

 

Maan was excited.

 

 

"Geet, I have collected all the details of places from where we can track Dev and Naintara. I have list of their almost all contacts. I have also got my men to gather more details of them. Things will be much easier and faster with this. I also have my best spies appointed there, dekhna you will get hold of him very soon"

 

Maan's excitement regarding Dev irritated Geet

 

"work is all that is in your life, right? Your work should be done, my work should be done bas. You don't even have manners to ask how my day was"

 

Maan got confused. Now she should be the happiest person for this. Maan got angry and pulled her harshly by arm

 

"What the hell do you think this is a hide seek game of kid. And these details" he threw the paper at her

 

"Do you have any idea how impossible it is to get these details. You have these results in hand and do you have idea how my men have work hours to get these information. Do you have idea how much of your time have been saved by this data and details."

 

"I don't need your help. Did I ask these data from you? Don't try to oblige me"

 

Maan did not know why she was so angry. It was his power and money only that got him those data or else it was near impossible.

 

"For God shake Geet, think straight. I am doing this so that things can go faster for you aur maine wada kiya hai tumharee madad kerne ka."

 

She jerked his hand away "I don't want things to go faster, do you have any problem with that." She left from there leaving Maan all confused.

 

Maan just avoided her for two days.

 

 

Third day, Geet came with pratha for Maan on his breakfast table

 

"Nakul, I want my toast and juice" Maan shouted. Nakul immediately placed them in front of him. He was about to take a bite when Geet brought Paratha morsel in front of his mouth.

 

Maan turned his face to other side "Acchee bachche khana se naraz nahi hote" and she again forwarded the morsel

 

"Bachche? " "What did you say? " he turned to her and she forced the morsel in his mouth and started laughing

 

"When you can never win with me, why do you even fight? hmm" she asked sincerely.

 

"you are impossible" he took the plate from her.

Maan was in the office, and Geet was in their room fixing Maan's scattered stuff.

There was knock on the door, though the door was open "Come in" and Natasha was in.

 

"Natasha you, How are you." Geet smiled at Natasha but Maan and her hugging scenes flashed in front of her eyes

 

"I am doing good Geet. What are you busy at?" Her eyes went on shirt in Geet's hand, it was Maan's.

"Just fixing the room. See what Maan has done."

 

"But, Maan is so organized" Geet nicely placed his clothes in hanger "He was. He says - tumne bigad diya muhje"

 

Geet collected all his dirty clothes for sending them to wash "Ok, chalo lets have chat somewhere, servants can do these"

 

But Geet did not want anyone to touch Maan's stuff, at least till she was in his life. She wanted to live him as much as she could.

 

"No, I will do myself. You take seat on couch. I will keep fixing and we can talk." Have Geet mingled so much in Maan's life in just few months. She felt insecure.

 

She kept watching as Geet picked Maan's slipper to place it in corner, she then arranged everything of Maan and then hers. This room had complete flavor of Maan and Geet. It pinched her. She was going to belong here. They had even planned how to change curtains and re-decorate their room after marriage and here Geet without making any change to room have made her presence and place in this room.

 

Natasha had lived away for few months. She had been able to move on with her career in London. But then she had realized, her and Maan's relation was not that empty. Just because Maan under circumstances Married Geet does not make them fit for each other. She was perfect for Maan. And then she had her dreams with Maan. Why should she let it break? Maan loved her and she loved Maan. Geet has lost her love but for that why should their love be punished. Maan has himself accepted that it's not easy to undo love.

 

She came indirectly - "so Geet, I told you, you will fall in love with Maan. But I was not sure about Maan. I hope mujhe bhul gaya woo"

 

Geet was surprised by sudden question and then their scene together yesterday flashed in front of her eyes.

 

"Kisne kaha I have fallen for him. No way I am going to take second place. He loves you Natasha."

 

Yes, that's what Natasha wanted, confirmation. "Are you sure Maan still loves me" "offcourse I am sure"

 

Natasha thought for a while "If you love Maan Geet, I will say you both should be happy together. I will not like to be the one to break your married life but if"

 

Geet smiled at Natasha "Natasha, you are very good, no one will be ready to leave their love like this but be ensure I don't love Maan and after my work is done, I will go away from his life."

 

"Geet, Maan loves me but he does not want to break this marriage, bolo na, 3 lives will be unhappy, all of us, right?" Geet smiled and nodded for yes.

 

"Geet Maan have been staying with you and he will never be ready to leave you and marry me. He is such a responsible person. I was just thinking" she paused

 

"Natasha, you can be free with me" Geet ensured her

 

"I want to give him a fair chance to realize the fact. Like he have been staying with you and somewhat things have fallen well but he needs to realize what he really wants. I was thinking if for few days only I be in his life and not you, then he may realize the fact and know that how he cannot live without me or what he has missed. "

 

All of it pinched Geet to no end but truth is always sour. Natasha is right, Maan loves her and he should realize her importance.

 

"I will make arrangements for it soon, as soon as I get a chance" Natasha thanked Geet.

 

Geet after completely fixing the room went to get fresh and ready. She needed privacy to cry her heart out so that Natasha does not read the truth in her eyes.

 

They then went to hall and chatted while having some snacks and tea. It was then 11 am.

 

"Ok, Natasha, you be seated here. I will be back soon from kitchen"

 

"Kitchen? "

 

"Maan's lunch time ho jayega na. and if lunch does not reach on time, janab easily miss kerdenge"

 

Natasha was surprised, from when did Maan started having home food.

 

"Does he like home food" "Yes, who doesn't. If I can't any day then his taunts start"

 

"Like?? " Natasha was curious "Like, you don't consider me your hubby so you cook for me only the day you wish and so and so...."

 

"Really Maan has changed a lot" "Ohh no" Geet again ensured her.

 

Thus Natasha and Geet had long chat. Now they were in Maan-Geet room and chatting, evening was approaching.

 

Maan came home early today, he had a surprise for Geet.

 

"Geet" he shouted with excitement as he entered there room. Then his eye went on Natasha "you here? "

 

"yeah, but how come you are so early"

 

Then he looked at Geet who was lost in duo

 

 "There is a surprise for you" he went and held Geet by her shoulder. Natasha just kept looking

 

"Surprise? what" geet said all lost "Go bring coffee for me soon, my prize" he teased.

 

Geet left, giving Maan and Natasha space. Maan did not like Geet again going in gloomy mood.

 

"chup chap chali gayee"

 

"Natasha, nice you are here, I have something important to talk to you" Geet heard this much and left for the kitchen. As much as it pained to realize, her decision was right.

 

"Yeah sure Maan" Natasha was happy

 

"you are friends with Geet. Mujhse to kuch boltee he nahi woo. However hard I am trying to, she is not accepting this relation or you know what she tries her best not to accept."

 

Somewhere it pained that Maan was all about Geet and their married relation. But maybe he has stayed too much with Geet, once he spend time with her he will be back to his own self.

 

"You are changed man Maan"

 

 But Maan was worried about Geet

 

"Natasha it's not about me, its about Geet. She has been badly hurt and something these days is badly eating her up. I am trying my best to get Dev's case done but even that's not making her happy. She is always lost and in pain. "

 

"Maan may be closure of that case will be solution to all"

 

"I hope so, I very much hope so. But still, being her friend you can try to ask her about her real worry. It hurts she doesn't share with me."

 

"Maan she is not sharing with you, maybe you are forcing this relation to continue on her and yourself and that's her pain."

 

"No, I am pretty sure, there something else cooking in her mind."

 

Natasha could clearly see how Maan's priority has changed from her to Geet. But she will once try to make him realize the fact.

 

"Ok, about us now. You didn't even give me visit" she complained

 

"Ohh I sure will. But today I was whole day held up getting Geet's work done." Again Geet, she thought.
