"Ghosh! I want you to pen down my will", ordered a man sitting on the wheelchair, with a shawl laid over his lap.

Arnab Ghosh, the man with black pepper hair became nervous, "Why only me? There are so many prestigious lawyers and advocates in the city, Mr. Basu," and adjusted his coat.

"Ha-Ha sounds funny. Aren't you prestigious Ghosh?", The man laughed and moved his wheelchair towards Arnab.

Ghosh giggled, "Indeed I'm Mr. Basu but not so experienced, I am just hesitant because I am not a family lawyer as well," the man arched his brow up.

Mr. Basu smiled a little when his dimples pressed, "I want or need someone special, someone, who is trustworthy and you have earned that Ghosh, trust me," assuring him.

Ghosh tilted down his head as he mulled over, "Hey ab to sar upar karne ka time hai Ghosh, proud of yourself after all the owner of the most expensive business house, the billionaire Moloy Basu is handing over his will to you," laughingly Moloy Basu.

Ghosh agreed, "Please, don't nervous me down" requesting him.

Moloy Basu narrated the whole will at which the lawyer couldn't believe. He seemed not too pleased he was like a family, "I know I am none to say, but don't do this to him, sir, he has seen so many hurdles I beg."

"You do not know why am I doing this to him, but one day you will understand and agree", Moloy didn't sympathize with him. He had a different tone and hidden meaning in his mind.

After twenty-two days of Moloy Basu's demise because of expected reasons of liver cancer.

He took his last breath before calling his dearest son's name.

But he was too late to arrive. He wearing a grey blazer, a light blue shirt, and dark classic charcoal pants with brown suede loafers, all studded in a lavish appearance from a chopper and jumped when his shoes kissed the ground. He had glasses over his eyes. It looks like it wasn't a demise ceremony of his father but his ring ceremony. So as a guy in his late twenties was sitting near the corpse of Moloy Basu.

Someone called, "Onu, it has to have happened," and embraced Anurag, when he sobbed, "Mohini Mashima! I miss baba. It was my fault I wasn't here when he took his....". He stopped and gulped down.

The other guy who has jumped from the chopper, took off the glasses, "Drama master", rolling his eyes.

The best friend of Moloy Basu, his assistant, Arnab Ghosh, ran towards the guy and spoke, "Rishab! your baba has passed away, he wants to meet you when you were at the London conference"

"Ghosh baba! I know. I am here being his son and heir, chalein", Rishab showed the way to Ghosh with confidence, and in the same statement, he has cleared that he is the heir, not Anurag.

Arnab again made it sure while coming to Rishab's room with a crisp pair of white kurta and pyjama, "Wear it today at least it is...", but before he could continue Rishab intrude, "Ghosh Baba! you know I am not a typical Indian. You know my reality" looking down.

"I know. But the members and shareholders of Basu's want to see Rishab Basu, not Bajaj", Ghosh advised him at which Rishab laughed out loud with little moist eyes, "I am the Bajaj, aur ye naam mujhse shareholders to kya Khud Mr. Moloy Basu nahi cheen paye"

Arnab took a deep sigh and suggested, "Please, it is for your welfare"

"Welfare?", he arched his brow and tiptoed towards Arnab, "Who knows better than you about my welfare and existence, at least you can't be saying this nonsense," and with this Rishab patted Arnab's shoulder.

At last, for keeping the advice of Ghosh, Rishab agreed to wear a kurta over light blue jeans, unlike Anurag, his stepbrother.

----

Both Anurag and Rishab gave fire to their father's dead body and performed hawan. This might be the only thing which these two have performed together. After all, they have to show their oneness to the World.

Before going towards the podium with the status of the Moloy Basu's elder son, he was about to give a speech, after listening to the will of his father. But Rishab didn't know it could not be less than a nightmare to him. Sometimes when the truth took away the ground from the feet, you are no more to speak anything, but the so-called World, we have to do this for it.

Really good start. It's nice & difference to the other stories, both RB & Anurag are step brothers, it will be interesting to read. Can I give one suggestion? You might wanna space out the paragraphs & sentences so it's a little easier to read. But really good start, can't wait to read more.
