CHAPTER-15 

Next day , 

Siddhant and Amar goes to the city hospital to meet Atul 

Atul : sir you both here .... 

Amar : haan. Why any problem ??

Atul : no sir , nothing like that ....

Siddhant : Yesterday morning did any one come to meet you ??

Atul starts sweating ...

Atul : no sir 

Amar : but your flat’s security told that your aunty came to see you yesterday morning....

Atul : ohh yeah !! My aunt came ....

Siddhant : but your sister told that you don’t have any aunt ..

Atul : woh...woh...

Amar: stop lying ..... what are you trying to hid ?! She was the one who kept those fake ID’s in your house .......

Atul : whaaat?! She kept those in my house ... that old lady ..

Siddhant : shut up ... first tell me why she came there ?!

Atul : sir woh... 

Amar : by the way did you Mumbai drug dealing was successful ??

Atul : sir ??

Siddhant : what .... we know your full life history.... now tell us... only the truth ...

Atul :woh ...

Amar: siddhant I don’t think he will tell the truth like this ... we ..

Atul : no no sir , I will tell the truth.. 

Siddhant: tell 

Atul : I don’t know who was that lady .... she came to meet me and  started to blackmail me .. she was like she have some proofs that I am a drug peddler .... First I tried to deny her accusations but later when she started threatening to show some proofs to the police .. I accepted that I am a drug dealer.. next she demanded a hefty sum .. but being clever I asked her to show one of those proofs she had ... but that lady oversmarted me ..Infact she had no proofs .. she recorded whatever happened at that time .... I had no choice rather than giving her money ... but when I went to take the money and came back ... she was not there.... she left ..

Amar : without taking the money ??

Atul : yes sir ... 

Siddhant: Atul ,we have already informed the NCB , they will arrest you under the narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances act (NDPS).. 

Atul laughs 

Amar : have you gone mad ??

Atul : my dear officers ..without proper evidences how will they arrest me ?

Amar : woh kya haina ...in the guilt  tumhare pyaari didi has turned into approver.. she gave us all the proofs that is needed to prove that you are drug peddler .... 

Atul : no that cannot happen 

Siddhant : meghna is repenting for her past sins ...she is feeling guilt that because of her only now you are in this position .... so as a responsible elder sister .. she decided to bring you to the right path ...  

Atul : no ..... 

Amar : get ready to spent your life in jail ....and don’t worry we will try to get justice for you too .... you sister has filed a case against Jwala Devi for assaulting you ... but the thing is that there is no evidence for Jwala Devi entering your flat as your apartment’s cctv is  not working since 4 days .. and it will be hard to prove her as the one who assaulted you because she is the one who admitted you in the hospital.... but you don’t worry .. we will find some way for that ... bye 

They both leave from the hospital....

Amar : first of all what is roli and her bua’s motive ?? They blackmailed Atul just to trap him .... why are they so confusing yaar ..

Siddhant: I don’t know .. but I am sure of one thing.. roli knows me before this marriage itself .. 

Amar : kaise?!

Siddhant : she told yesterday that she married me because she loved me ......

Amar : isn’t it obvious.. before entering into your family .. she might have researched about you .. even met you secretly .....you are handsome , well educated, well - cultured .....may be like love at first sight ....

Siddhant rolls his eyes 

Amar : by the way do you love her .... she is also beautiful, way too smart and more than that mysterious..... I mean you love mysteries ryt 

Siddhant stares at him 

Amar : ok fine leave it ..  hey how about we go to JD hospital and enquire about her parent’s accident ?? This way we will get to know her past ryt.....

Siddhant: you are right ... and yeah circulate the photo of roli’s bua which we got from the orphanage CD ...to every police station .. 

Amar: ok .. 

They both go to JD hospital, 

Amar : We are from police department...we want to meet the dean of this hospital.... 

Receptionist: sir his cabin is ...from here take left then second right .. 

Amar : thank you 

They both knock the dean’s cabin 

Dean : come in 

They both gets in

Dean : who are you both ??

Siddhant : I am Siddhant,Assistant commissioner and he is inspector Amar .... we are here regarding a case ...

Dean : oh !! Yes sir what help you want from us ..... 

Amar : we want some details of an accident which took place 6 years back .... in that a family died but only a girl survived and your hospital had sent her to JD orphanage and her name is roli ..

Dean : 6 yrs old case ?! I am sorry sir .. last year due to electricity circuit problem .. all those files were burned into ashes ....

Siddhant : don’t you people have any other records of it ?!

dean : no sir .. 

Amar: what kind of hospital is this ?  

Siddhant : Amar cool down .. lets leave ....

They both leave .... 

Amar : cha !! That was the only way to find about roli’s family .. but that is also gone ... 

Siddhant: no idea how to proceed it forward ...

Amar : wait a min .....sid ask Prem na .. he is a journalist ryt .. he will be able to collect the information about the accident that took place 6 years before ... and from the date roli joined in the orphanage.. we can find the month too ... so we can ask Prem to find the details of the accidents that took place 6 years before in that particular month .... 

Siddhant : waah !! What happened Amar ... today you are just rocking .. That’s a fabulous idea ... 

Siddhant calls Prem and asks him to collect the details.....

Jwala Devi : what is happening around me now ....Already rajveer babu is in jail ..next Shaurya went to accompany him  ....that Atul was found to be cop , meghna turned into an approver and even filed a case against me for assaulting Atul , Naina is caught in her department.... Shyam went missing.. roli ..don’t know where she disappeared ...Arghh !!

Meanwhile , 

Rajjo : roli  ready ?! 

roli : haan bua 

Roli adjusts her throat and calls Jwala Devi from a private number .....

Jwala Devi picks the call ... 

Roli ( in male voice ): meri jaan ..kaise hai Tum 

Jwala : hello kon bole raha hai ..

Roli : arrey .. Don’t you recognize me my jaan 

Jwala : agar phirse If you call me as jaan... Mein tumhare jaan le loongi..

Roli : arrey cool down jwala ...

Jwala : hey how dare you call me by my name .... 

Roli : name is kept for calling ryt 

Jwala: who are you ?? 

Roli : Mein voh hoon jo aap ko sorry tum ko khushi mein nahi dekh sakata......

Jwala: kya ?!

Roli : waise now you are so happy that you destroyed the evidences thus saving rajveer from getting life imprisonment ..... for you kind information.. all those evidences are still there ..safely with me ....

Jwala: hey !! What are you blabbering .. I burned those evidences along with the Jeep ....

Roli: what a big fool you are ... 

(roli laughs ) those evidences are fake ..they were set up by the ACP and the inspector Amar .... infact they were taking it to the judge’s house the previous night ... but I stole it from them ..... I am smart right ..

Jwala : whaat !? 

Roli: you won’t believe me ??  .. ok go out and see ..I have a kept a parcel for you ..

I will itself call you after 5 mins ... bye darling 

She disconnects the phone ....

Jwala : hello hello !! What is this man talking ... 

She goes out and finds a parcel as the man ( actually roli ) told in the phone ... she gets tensed 

she opens it and finds a copy of those evidences .... 

Jwala : that means those evidences are still there !? 

Roli calls her again .... 

Jwala : hello ...

Roli: I know ... I said that I will call you after 5 mins but what to do darling .. I couldn’t control my excitement...... 

Jwala : what do you want now ?!

Roli: waah !! You directly came to the point ... good , i will think about it and say tomorrow... till then enjoy being tensed ..Bye ...

She disconnects the phone ...

Rajjo bua and roli Hi-fies each other 

Rajjo : now the chudail will be pulling out her white hairs in tension 

They both laugh .....

Amar and siddhant were waiting for Prem’s call ....

Prem calls siddhant ..

Amar : put the call in speaker...

Siddhant nods his head and attends the call 

Siddhant: hello Prem ... did you get to know about the accident??

Prem : haan .. on that particular month and year near that JD Hospital area .. they were about 4 accidents took place .. and I got to know something really shocking ..

Siddhant: don’t create any suspense .. just say ..

Prem : in One of the accident .. your best friend Rudra along with his parents died... 

Siddhant and Amar :Whaaat ?!

Amar : rudy mar gayi ?! I can’t believe it .... 

Prem : haan Amar ... but his sister survived ..

Siddhant : Mitzy ??? 

Prem : You can also call her as ROLI 

Amar : whaaat ?! So Mitzy is roli  ... 

Prem : haan.. And rudra’s bua Rajjo was found unconscious in their house that same day ..  the neighbors took her to near by hospital where she  went into coma for 4 years....

Siddhant : ok I will call you later 

Prem : you are ok right ??

Siddhant: yeah yeah I am fine  Prem ..I will call you later 

He disconnects the call .... 

Both Amar and siddhant are in mixed emotions...  

They both shed tears over their friend’s death ..

Siddhant wipes his tears ..

Siddhant : it’s true that I was angry with rudra because he left us without informing ... but I never thought he will leave us forever ..

Even that mitzy .. I mean roli didn’t tell us... 

Amar : I couldn’t believe that roli is none other than rudra’s sister ...

When we lost the touch with Rudy .. I thought his sister left you  ... but now also she is behind you only .. And as told you before .. she married you only .. 

Siddhant : haan..I didn’t take her seriously that time .. but that pagal ladki did as she said ........    at least now we know who is roli ?? 

Amar : but still we don’t know why is she doing all these ... 

Siddhant: for that we have to find her ... 

Amar : ok bro ... I will leave now ..meet you tomorrow.. 

Siddhant : ok bye .. 

Amar leaves..

Siddhant rewinds his memory to 6 years back ....
