Prerna woke up by the light of sun rays to find Mr Bajaj watching her.

"Good morning. Kaise feel kar rahin hain aap?" Prerna said and kissed his head.

"Good morning and much better." Mr Bajaj said and doing the same with her. 

“Bacho ki tarah aapko bhi daant ke sulana chahiye tha. Rishab soye kyun nahin aap?” Prerna said and Mr Bajaj smiled. “Aap aisa karenge main kal se nahin soungi yahan pe. Main Mr Mehra se keh dungi woh rukenge yahan pe.” Prerna 

“Right!! Couch hain wahan pe” Mr Bajaj said and Prerna made a face like you caught me.

"Main fresh hoke aati hoon. Aapko kuch chahiye? "Prerna asked and Mr Bajaj shook his head. She came out after sometime and sat near Mr Bajaj who was having his morning light snack as provided by the  hospital. She went and sat in front of looking straight at him. 

"Kya hua?" Mr bajaj

“Kuch nahin bahut dino ke baad aapke saath shubh ki coffee ka mauka mila hain. Pichle kuch dino ki roller coaster ride main bhul hi gaye the apna ritual.” Prerna looking almost tired.

Mr Bajaj kept looking at her and she could see the trust, the dedication, the love that he had for her but somewhere there was also confusion and doubts.  And Mr bajaj might have realised that Prerna was seeing right through to him so he turned his eyes away. 

“Aapka jo kuch bhi hain mera hain, pyaar trust love dedications chahe woh pura mile adha mile sab mera. Pehle mere end se adha tha aapne kuch nahin bola, mere half ko aapne pura kiya ab aapke aadhe ko main pura kar lungi” Prerna said and went and sat near him hugging him from behind and for a second Mr bajaj’s heart stopped at what he felt in her arms and he entangled her hands in his.

There at Bajaj mansion Sneha and Kukki were getting ready to meet their parents. Kukki knew it was not a good idea but she knew Sneha wouldn't let it go so here she was carrying a doctor set, a bowl of plastic soup in one hand and a very scared Sneha's hand in the other one and they were moving to Mr Bajaj's room. They were about to reach the room when Kukki stopped and made Sneha look at her.

“Ok Sneha we are about to enter papa’s room. Don’t get scared ok papa would be connected to pipes needles he has a bandage don't get scared. Ok Don’t sit on him and be angry at him” Kukki said and Sneha showed her hand. 

“Kudi doctor Sneha” Sneha said showing his doctor set. 

“Kukki di KU..KKI..DI...” Kukki said 

“Ku...di…..” Sneha said

“Haan meri maa. Chalo” Kukki said and entered the room to find Prerna hugging Mr Bajaj.

“It's a hospital. Please” Kukki said, shutting Sneha’s and her eyes with her hand. Prerna and Mr Bajaj were surprised with the voice and broke it off laughing.

“Dada!!!!” Sneha shouted and tried to jump on Mr Bajaj’s bed. 

“Aaja mera bacha. Kaisa hain??” Mr bajaj said, picking Sneha in his arms. Father and daughter were ecstatic to see each other. 

“Bacha nahin Dr Sneha aapse milne aayi hain. Checkup ke liye ready ho jaiye aur soup bhi layi hain.” Kukki said, keeping the doctor set and the plastic cup of soup with plastic vegetables. 

“Oh Really” Mr Bajaj said making a face and Sneha nodded furiously. 

After sometime Mr Bajaj had a complete checkup with Sneha doctor who prescribed lots of chocolate and bedtime stories to get strong. Mr bajaj was also a very good patient who did all the correct oh and ahs for the doctor. Then to finish it all Sneha sat there feeding Mr bajaj plastic soup or should we say trying to feed Mr bajaj the soup but dropping it more while she tried to cool it down. Prerna and Kukki sat there watching as they both continued this process for a long time.   

“Tum theek hoon Kukki?” Prerna asked Kukki, putting her hand on her head. 

“Hmm” Kukki said without looking at Prerna and looking straight at her father and Sneha.

“Mr bajaj aap dono papa beti ek saath breakfast kijiye aur main aur Kukki breakfast karke aaye niche se. Mr Mehra ka message aaya tha wo aa gaye hain. Bas aate honge. Sneha agar jyada tang kare mujhe bula lijiyega.” Prerna said and Mr Bajaj nodded.

They had just reached the lift when Mr Mehra came out of it.

“Good morning Mam” Mr Mehra

“Good morning mr Mehra.” Prerna said

“Good morning Uncle” Kukki said 

“Main aur Kukki cafeteria se aa rahi hain. Sneha hain Mr bajaj ke paas. Aap zara…” Prerna said

“No problem aap log aaram se aaiye” Mr Mehra said moving towards the room while they moved towards the lift. Kukki and Prerna bought themselves a sandwich and moved towards the garden. 

“Aap theek hoon kukki? I know kal raat ko” Prerna said and hugged her tightly.“Kukki sab theek hain. Everything is fine. Sneha papa sab theek hain aur sab aise hi theek rahenge. Okay??” Prerna said

“Papa aapse bahut pyaar karte hain you know that right. Woh sneha se aap se sabse he loves you a lot.” Kukki said 

“I know!!!  Aur woh aap se bhi utna hi pyaar karte hain” Prerna said

“Do you love him the same or are you planning to hurt  or are hurting my father?” Kukki said

“KUKKI!!!!!” Prerna said breaking the hug.“Ho kya gaya hain aapko aur aapke papa ko bhi haan.” Prerna said.

“Mr Bose already mujhe papa se dur lekar jana chahte hain. Unhone agar sach main aisa kar diya aur phir agar aap log bhi chale jayenge, papa will be very hurt. He will be very very hurt. Unke paas koi nahin hoga. ” Kukki 

“Main aapko aapke papa ko chod kar kahin nahin ja rahin aur nahin aapko Mr Bose hum logo se dur lekar ja rahin hain. Suna aapne aaj nahin kal nahin kabhi nahin.” Prerna said

“If you have a problem with Mr Bose being in the house and what he said I will take care of him he will not come back but you don't get to .....” Kukki

“That's enough Kukki!!!. This is not how you talk to your mother and your father is my husband and I love him more than anything.” Prerna said but then composed herself and held her arms. “Kya ho gaya Kukki haan Mr Bose ne kuch kaha aapse. Kya hua?” Prerna said. 

“I am sorry I am so so.... I know I shouldn't have talked to you that way. Woh bas ghar mein jo kuch ho raha hain I I feel like this is all my fault” Kukki

“What??? Kukki you know what Rishab is right aap kuch jyada hi mere saath rehne lagi hoon.” Prerna said, smiling. “Kukki bacha galti Mr Bose ki hain jo sach dekhna nahin chahte jinhone galat socha unki hain aapki nahin Bilkul bhi nahin. You know what I am thinking Rishab was right about another thing as well. It was a bad idea mujhe Mr Bose ko bulana hi nahi chahiye tha. We are taking back the deal Kalyaniji ko kisi bhi tarah se main bacha lungi lekin Mr bose ja rahin hain hamare ghar se aaj hi” Prerna said getting up frantically. 

“Nahin mumma no bahut muskil se Bhai is happy after so many days. Maine aaj shubh hi usse baat ki thi, woh apni mumma ke saath bahut khush hain. It's just that Sneha ke saath jo kuch bhi hua and all I just got scared.Upar se mere sare plans bhi fail ho rahin hain so I just...” Kukki said and stopped

“Plans kaise plans?” Prerna and Kukki looked away. “Kukki what are you trying to do?” Prerna 

“Kuch nahin kuch bhi nahin.” Kukki said

“Haan bas apna project double aur triple baar erase karwake Mr Bose se banwana, nahin” Prerna said and mother and daughter laughed.

“So Mr Bose ne project bana liye finally aur aapka plan fail ho gaya” Prerna

“He bought the project or should I say Miss Tiwari arranged it for him.” Kukki said

“Nitya woh kya karna aayi thi Bajaj mansion main?” Prerna said

“Mr Bose se milne aayi thi. Usne project arrange karwaya” Kukki said and Prerna didn’t like it.

“Kal jab main ghar pahuchi to woh aayi hui thi Mr Bose se baatein kar rahin thi aur Mr Basu Sneha ke saath khel rahin the” Kukki said and instantly stopped as she didnt want to say this. 

“Anurag ???” Prerna said

“Woh kal aaye the. Ghar pe?” Kukki said

“Excuse me??” Prerna said 

“Haan aur Sneha ke saath khel rahin the” Kukki said 

“To isliye aap yeh sab mujhse puch rahin hain.” Prerna said and Kukki looked away. “I don't understand ho kya raha hain yeh sab kuch. Aur ek minute Use aane kisne diya? Maa ne allow kaise kiya use ghar ke andar” Prerna said 

“Woh Mr Bose ke guest banke aaye the I think that is why?” Kukki 

“Mr Bose!!! Of Course ” Prerna said

“Haan aur mujhe nahin pasand nahin pasand unka ghar aana. Sneha Sneha meri sister hain na she is  Bajaj then why will he come to our house. Mujhe nahin acha lagata. I know woh Sneha ke father hain and Sneha also needs to … I don’t know I just don’t know. Yeh bade log cheezon ki itna complicate karke rakhte hoon meri kuch samajh main aata whether I am wrong or right” Kukki said

“Kukki meri taraf dekho, dekho meri taraf. Sneha ke father Mr Bajaj hain aur. Aur aaj ke baad woh Nahin aayenge kabhi nahi aayenge aaj ke baad usne jo kiya uske baad to bilkul bhi nahi Kabhi bhi nahin. And there is nothing wrong to fight for your loved ones. Agar Anurag chahta to Sneha ka life ka hissa banta sahi tarike se and you wouldn't have felt wrong about it. But is waqt woh jo kar raha hain woh galat hain. So don't worry woh aaj ke baad nahin aayega” Prerna said and Kukki nodded. “Acha tum yeh sab chodo mujhe yeh batao tumhare school main fair hain na and we had to make a shop Kya karenge uska?” Prerna asked 

“Kar rahin hain na Mr Bose. Shubh se lage hue hain mere dear nino to make Chocolate chip cookies. Just 200 not much as I said. Bahut mehnat kar rhain hain bechare Chandu ko bhi chutti leni padi as his father is sick. Par main uni puri help kar rahin hoon maine khud unko youtube ki recipe di hain aur sara ingredients sab kuch de kar aayi hoon.” Kukki

“What?” Prerna

“Don’t think about it. I can handle it.” Kukki 

“Kukki aapka theme ke according you need to make a healthy dish you cannot make chocolate chip cookies.” Prerna 

“WHAT!!!!! I forgot. I completely forgot” Kukki said, acting dramatic and Prerna gave a faint smile.” He will have to do it all over again.” Kukki said and Prerna shook her head smiling.

“Acha waise apne birthday pe kya karna chahti hoon. I know we were about to do a party but since Rishab ki aise halat hain how about a small dinner at our home and after some days we can have a big party with your friends. Is that Okay?” Prerna said and Kukki nodded and they moved on with their sandwiches.

“Nitya ne project acha bana ke diya aapko” Prerna said and Kukki looked at her as if not able to understand. 

“Nahin mera matlab hain ki yeh cheating hain aur mujhe mujhe pata hain aapko kaisa project chahiye agar aap bolo main bana dungi aapke liye ya hu milke bana lenge.” Prerna 

“Right kab jab aap papa ke sath hospital main hogi” Kukki said

“Haan main kar sakti hoon” Prerna said

“Maine already bana ke submit kar diya hain. Lane do Mr Bose ko kitna acha project layenge main hum dono ne jo project saath main suru kiya tha use finish karke submit kar diya hain.” Kukki said and Prerna smiled in her thoughts.

“Waise woh papa ko jaanti hain kya pehle se?”Kukki asked

“Kaun Nitya?? Kyun tumhe aisa kyun laga?” Prerna said

“Nahin woh papa ko Rishi bulati hain. I have never heard someone call papa Rishi either Rishab or Mr Bajaj. So…” kukki said 

“Oh Rishi,” Prerna said, making a face but then just smiled.

There in Mr Bajaj's room while Sneha played with Mr Bajaj he got an update from Mr Mehra about vaibhav.

“2 din main 2 months ka bill kar diya hain usne. Roz paise gambling main uda raha hain” Mr Mehra

“Jeet raha hain na” Mr Bajaj asked

“Haan sir” Mr Mehra

“Aaj hara dijiye aur usi waqt loan sharks should find him.” Mr Bajaj

“And in return he will tell us about Mr Bose” Mr Mehra

“Mr Mehra idiots ke saath khelna chahiye mazza aata hain. Hospital main bethe bethe bore ho gaya hoon.” Mr Bajaj smiled and Mr Mehra just looked at him. “Hume careful rehne hoga agar aaj use bachaya woh hamarae upar upper hand le sakta hain aur Mr Bose kuch bhi kar sakte hain. We need him in a confused state. Aaj usse bachaiye aur use yeh pata chalna chahiye ki bajaj ko apne aap ko bachane ke liye woh chahiye” Mr Bajaj

“What???” Mr Mehra

“Do as I say?” Mr Bajaj and Mr Mehra nodded. After that Mr Bajaj went on to play with his daughter.

“Dada ouch!! Soi Soi” Sneha said

“Oh yes Snehu sula degi mujhe. Ok” Mr Bajaj said and slept on his bed while Sneha patted his head.

Once Kukki and Prerna were down they moved towards the room where Sneha was trying to get Mr bajaj to sleep and of course Mr Bajaj was pretending to sleep.They both started laughing and but Sneha hushed them all. They joined Mr Mehra in laughs who was thoroughly enjoying the show.

“Kukki aap yahan betho Mr Mehra mujhe appse kuch kaam hain. Please” Prerna said and they both went out.

“Mr Mehra I want you to get a restraining order” Prerna said

“What? Against whom?” Mr Mehra

“Mr Anurag Basu woh mujhe mere meri family ke ya Bajaj se related kisi bhi cheez ke aas paas nahin dekhne chahiye not for even a moment. Is that clear?” prerna

“Are you sure Mam?” Mr Mehra

“Yes Mr Mehra” Prerna said.

“Ho Jayega Mam” Mr Mehra

“Today. Main Mr Bajaj ke saath hoon aap jakar formalities puri kijiye. Thodi der main office ke kaam ka bahana kar ke chale jayenge main unhe batana nahin chahti” Prerna

“What the point will he know anyhow if not from you than someone else?” Mr Mehra thought.

“Mr Mehra are you there?” Prerna said 

“Yes!!! Yes Mam” Mr Mehra said and they went inside the room to find Mr bajaj actually asleep. Prerna went and sat on his bed. Kukki came next to her and caressed his father and kissed him. 

“I won't let anyone hurt you” Kukki thought and Prerna suddenly kept a hand on hers “We won't let anyone hurt  him, not even  me or anybody. Okay” Prerna said and unknowingly Sneha kept a hand on theirs and they all laughed completing the circle.
