At Raizada Mansion (hereafter called as RM)-

It was a usual day. A man in the late twenties woke up at 5 in the morning. And he started his day with his usual workout of 1 hour. No doubt he has a perfect body and is a fitness freak. It's his usual daily routine i.e to woke up at 5 then 1-hour heavy workout and morning routines and after that office sharp, at 8.30 in the morning. Within this span of 3.5 hours, not even a single second is wasted. As he believes that time is money which should be treasured rather than wasted. When he seated at the dining table for breakfast he greeted his di and nani.

Arnav:- Good morning Di, good morning Nani (bending down to touch nani feet for taking her blessings)

Di:- Good morning Chote.....!

Nani:- Good morning Chote....!

Arnav:- Di I will be late today as I have an important meeting in the evening. So don't wait for me.

Di:- Ok chote. But have ur meals on time and take medications also. ( as he is diabetic)

Arnav:- ok di. Got to go now. Bye (with that he left for his second home i.e office)

At Khushi Mansion (hereafter called as KM):-

A girl in mid-twenties was furiously running on a treadmill. It was her indeed a most important part of the day as she got a thing to let out her frustration on. So with full speed, she was running and sweating like hell. No doubt she maintained a model figure. While running she was giving instructions to her PA about an upcoming deal with rivalry company and how to make presentation about it. Around 45 mins, she got down from treadmill and then started doing morning chores and sharp at 9.00 she was in her office i.e KD. As soon as she entered her cabin, she started giving instructions to her PA, who was already present.

Khushi- Avantika makes sure that there should not be any mistake in the presentation. Take this file,     prepare a report about ARD share prices, ratios, cash flows, Balance sheets, profit, and loss account, and last but not the least his Credit ratings as well as his notes to accounts. Just because ARD is big company we should not be reluctant for our part of work. So prepare this report by 2.0 P.M and forward it to me. Ask Krishna(administration employee) to check his details from MCA Site. Everything should be perfect and I will not tolerate any mistake.

Avantika:- Ok mam. It will be done. ASR PA has informed me about our meeting which is at 6.00PM at Hotel Paradise.

Khushi:- Good. Send my coffee also.

Avantika:- Sure mam.

With that Khushi engrossed in her work while avantika went to prepare coffee and later work on reports.

At the same in ARD-

Arnav:- Aman I want all the details of KD. Before signing any contract with that company I want to know its complete background as well as there way of handling projects. I have heard a lot about that company's CEO. So I want everything to be perfect. (As ASR never tolerate to backoff from his perfectionism, so he wants to be the best in their meeting). Also check its credit-ability along with its various returns. Check their time cycle of cash flows.

Aman:- Will do it sir.

Arnav:- Give me brief of today's meeting.

Aman:- You have three meetings, one with Gupta brothers at 10.30AM, second with Ahuja industries at 2.00PM and third with KD at 6.00 PM at Hotel Paradise.

Arnav:- Ok make conference room ready.

Aman:- Sure Sir.

At conference room ARD:-

Arnav:- Mr. Gupta I want to terminate our contract with your firm. You are no more capable of working with me.

Mr. Gupta:- Sir, Please give me one last chance. I promise their wont be any issue regarding quality of material and also they will be supplied within given time.

Arnav:- U know I hate mistakes. Still I have already given u one chance last time. So no there is no scope of second chance in my life. So just take ur payment and leave.

Aman settle his account. And find new supplier who can provide me new materials.

Aman:- Done Sir. Report of new supplier is already kept on your table. (Arnav nodded).

After Sometime at KD:-

Avantika:- Mam this is the file where I have kept all reports of ARD.

Khushi:- Ok. Keep it here and leave.

Avantika keeps file and leave.

Meanwhile khushi and arnav both go through their report about ARD and KD respectively.

And find out that:-

1. Time cycle of both the companies is 15 days. It means it will repay ur dues within 15 days.

2. ARD conducts two Fashion shows in a month, where as KD conducts the same in 45 days.

3. ARD designs western clothes more while KD designs Traditional Cloths.

4. Net profit ratio of ARD is 30% and for KD is 32%,  means it is profitable for both the companies to sign this deal.

5. If this deal got final then there will be 2 major changes:-

a. Fashion world will change drastically as this will be the first time when western will mix with typical Traditional Indian Style,

b. It will be blow for business world as both the companies together will acquire 85% market.

6. Moreover if this deal got successful then they will be representing India at International Fashion Level.

So, noting the above major points in mind and going through more information they both decided to meet personally with each other at allotted time.

At 6.00 PM Hotel Paradise:-

Both Arnav and Khushi reached at same time with their PA's and get seated on their allotted table.

As this information was highly confidential so they decided to meet at hotel paradise rather than at their respective offices. Because if anyone go to another one office then it will give biggest gossip of month to paparazzi.

So they went to hotel paradise pretending that they are going for their different meetings and not for together. And to maintain this confidentiality they have been allotted a separate room far from the eyes of local people and other nuisances. After some formal introduction from both the parties, meeting got started:-

Arnav:- I would like to discuss every single and smallest concept here only. I don't want any discussion to be left for future. And I also don't want any confusion. ( he said with full arrogance)

Khushi:- This applies same here Mr. Raizada. And I don't like wasting time so lets get started.( she said with full attitude).

But this doesn't go well with our dear arnav as this affects his ego, because till now no one dare to cut him then giving orders was next to impossible.

Khushi:- As you have already investigated about me and my company (arnav looked at her surprised but within second composing himself he nodded) so it will be better that we come directly to main point.

Arnav:- We are experts in designing western clothes and you are in Traditional clothes so we should make a fusion with these two. It will be new as well as Fusion will be set as new trend. As we both know that this deal is profitable to both the companies. I don't think that there is any reason to reject this deal.

Khushi:- That's good for u to think like that. But before signing deal I would like to discuss some of the conditions with you.

Arnav:- Till now no one dare to say against me and here you are saying to accept your conditions. (Though she was right but by keeping conditions from her part, but that was hurting his male ego. So he decided to give some peace of mind to her).

Khushi:- MR. Raizada we here for professional deal. So every party has right to say what they want. So if your male ego is satisfied by wasting 2 mins, then we should proceed with my conditions.

(Arnav look at her dumbfounded but soon composes himself and didn't said anything.)

Taking his silence as acceptance she proceeded with her set of conditions:-

1. I will not come to your office for working nor you have to come at my company. (arnav looks her with questioning look). We will meet here only as I don't want any attention of media right now.

2. I don want any kind of personal relations. Though I know ur professionalism still I want to clear it from my side.

3. I would like to expect honesty and transparency and high confidentiality. So don't discuss this thing to any of ur models and other employees. We will work as we are working individually on different line of fashion shows as it will not give our rivalries to stole our designs.

4. And at last we will disclose this subject matter 24hrs prior to launch of our designs.

Is that clear?

Arnav:- Miss Khushi I know what Confidentiality means. And I agree with above conditions. So shall we proceed with actual discussion? (Khushi nodded)

Arnav:- So which states clothes you have decided for this show.

Khushi:- I have opted 5 states :-

1.Maharashtra

2. Jammu and Kashmir

3. Kerala

4. Gujarat

5. West Bengal

We will proceed with their state clothes and will work on it. Materials will differ according to dresses of different states. We will make pair where,  male will present male costume of that state while female will represent their costume for the same state.

It will give us a overlook about how our people dresses .

(Arnav nodded)

One more important point, This is India and here clothes are chosen based on the concept that "female body" should not be on display. And when we are working on fusion then I think it will be best if we don't design revealing clothes. Instead of revealing clothes we should design in such a manner that western look is easily identifiable in traditional look even though it covers ur full body.

Arnav:- I will look after it then I will tell you.

Khushi:- Ok. So we should go now. Avantika give deal papers. Take ur time and sign it I have already sign it.

Arnav nodded and by formal handshake they bid bye to each other.

Arnav P.O.V

What this lady is made up of? I hate when someone back answers me. She knows it very well. Still she dared to do it. Only because of this project I kept quite otherwise I will tell her what ARNAV SINGH RAIZADA is. She has badly hurted my ego which is not good for her. Lets this show completed then we will see. She has given me deal papers that to by signing, HOW DARE SHE!!!!!! I will show her what does working with me means. So confident about her work, lets see.

Though arnav was very impressed with her idea and style of working still he will never accept that due to his big fat ego. But apart from work there was something which made our dear arnav to listen her. Right from first look he was smitten by her looks and attitude. He was thinking that she was same as him just like he was seeing his female version. Dressed in formal white shirt and black trouser accompanied by black blazer, with hair done in messy bun, and no makeup, she was looking breathtakingly beautiful. His eyes were roaming on her sharp features enhancing her natural beauty. But he has to maintain his professional behavior otherwise it will ruin his image, and that was the toughest part of his meeting. 

Khushi P.O.V

I just hate attitude of this man. How he has wasted my 2 mins just to satisfy his bullshit ego. Damm this males are only problem. It was only because of show I have to Keep quiet. Otherwise I will show him What "KHUSHI" is. Stupid Arrogant man. I have already seen him checking me out, as it was common with most of the males, but I hate it. Being in fashion industry one night stands are most common between business partners. But I hate it. Despite of being a fashion queen I don't know how people use to trade their body just for few notes. Its so disgusting. How can a person stoop so low in order to get name and fame. Its so ridiculous. She has never allowed anyone to enter in her private space. And this was the only reason she has putted second condition of being professional and no personal relationships ,while starting their meeting. No matter what situation is, she will never let sown her morals.
