Anandi is a once-in-a-lifetime classic character on the Indian TV screen. It is safe to say we are indebted to Pratyusha Banerjee, who had pulled off a stunner with her stellar performance. Her power-packed portrayal of Anandi in BV will make you smile through your tears! She touched our lives and has gone past without looking back. If she had once, at least once, looked back, millions were there to hug her, to hide her under their wings, to protect her from this cruel world, from all those predatory wolves and foxes. You were not alone my dear girl, never alone. All of us were there for you, even to fight with God for you. But you chose to be with God and are now smiling from the skies to mesmerize us again to forget our grief. Rest in peace, our brightest shining star.
