Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Vidya stands by Abhira amid Ruhi and Manisha's accusations

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhira praises Aryan's talent to the coach. However, the coach shocks everyone by revealing that Aryan was caught with an alcohol flask. He expresses concern over Aryan's lack of focus on academics and asks the Poddar family to take charge of the situation.

A furious Manish scolds Aryan and questions him about carrying the flask. Just then, Manoj admits that the flask belongs to him. Manisha is left puzzled upon learning that Manoj has been consuming alcohol and is jobless. Seeking clarity, Manisha confronts Aryan, who confesses he was stressed and had seen Manoj resorting to alcohol during stressful times. Hence, he tried the same. Aryan explains that he wanted to reveal this earlier to Abhira and Armaan but couldn't muster the courage.

Kaveri accuses Manisha of being responsible for the issues surrounding Manoj and Aryan. However, Abhira steps in to defend Manisha. Manisha, unwilling to accept Abhira's support, asserts that she can handle the situation herself. Ruhi, meanwhile, lashes out at Abhira, blaming her for Manoj and Aryan's troubles. She accuses Abhira of taking over Manoj's cabin, which she claims led to his suffering, and harshly criticises her.

Vidya defends Abhira, but Manisha sides with Ruhi, who blames Abhira for everything. Determined to address Aryan's behaviour, Manisha decides to send him to a hostel. Abhira tries to stop her, requesting her not to be too harsh on Aryan. Manisha, however, rebukes Abhira, telling her to stop interfering in decisions regarding her child. She even curses Abhira for her involvement.

Manisha contacts Ritu to arrange Aryan's admission in Dehradun. Manoj attempts to change her mind, but she insists that he is ruining Aryan's future. Manisha is resolute about taking charge of Aryan's upbringing. Meanwhile, Aryan pleads with Abhira and Armaan to help him, as he does not want to leave home for the hostel. While Abhira doubts that Manisha will listen, Armaan decides to approach Kaveri for support.

Elsewhere, Madhav confronts Manoj for not sharing his struggles. Manoj breaks down emotionally, feeling helpless. Sanjay, on the other hand, blames Kaveri for Manoj's condition, stating that her decision to give the cabin to Abhira made Manoj feel betrayed. He demands Kaveri stop Abhira from continuing her work.

Armaan and Abhira try to convince Kaveri to intervene and prevent Aryan from going to the hostel. However, Kaveri supports Manisha's decision. 

Meanwhile, Rohit privately inquires if Ruhi's nurse has disclosed the secret to anyone. The nurse assures him she hasn't but questions the situation, pointing out the confusion surrounding Abhira's child, who was believed to be dead, and Ruhi's child now being with Abhira. Pressured by the questioning, Rohit admits that in a moment of helplessness, while Ruhi was in a coma, he decided to give her child to Abhira.

The nurse urges Rohit to reveal the truth, emphasising the toll it is taking on both Ruhi and her child. Despite her insistence, Rohit pleads with her to maintain secrecy, asserting that Ruhi must not learn the truth. However, Abhira begins to sense that something is wrong and confronts Rohit, urging him to come clean. Rohit tries to dismiss her suspicions with a fabricated explanation, but Abhira catches on to his deceit and firmly demands honesty before the secret wreaks havoc on the family. Rohit is left speechless, cornered by the situation.

Later, Armaan learns about Manisha's ill health. Manoj advises him to meet her later. Meanwhile, Abhira grows anxious about her baby's upcoming vaccination, but Armaan reassures and comforts her.
