Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan & Ruhi plan a date, Yuvraj is arrested

The episode unfolds with Akshu and Abhira consoling Smita. Kipling reveals that Anurag's body won't undergo a post-mortem, as an insider in the police station informed him that the inspector intends to close the case in exchange for money from Jagrat. Akshu declares her determination to challenge the system and send Yuvraj to jail, with Abhira echoing her sentiments. Despite Kipling's warning about Jagrat's influence as an MLA, Smita insists on seeking justice for Anurag. As emotions run high, Akshu and Abhira pledge not to let Yuvraj escape the consequences.

Meanwhile, Vidya and Kajal engage in a Rangoli-making competition, generating excitement among onlookers. Family members playfully banter about the outcome, with Madhav ultimately declaring Kajal the winner. In another subplot, Armaan plans a surprise for Maasa and Dadisa, hinting at the arrival of two new daughters-in-law in the coming year.

Abhira stumbles upon Diwali decorations and overhears Yuvraj's voice, who wishes her a happy Diwali. He arrogantly assures her that he will return before his haldi ceremony and offers a gift as a wedding token. Abhira, angered by his words, smashes the Bluetooth speaker and recalls his ominous promise.

The narrative shifts to Manish wishing Vidya a happy Diwali and discussing Ruhi's need for time to consider marriage. Dadi expresses frustration with Ruhi's indecision, while Armaan creatively proposes a date to Ruhi using a message displayed in the sky. The two agree, sharing a joyful moment.

In the midst of these events, Abhira, fatigued and distressed, discloses Yuvraj's potential location at Ghantaghar. With this information, Akshu confronts the inspector and sends him to apprehend Yuvraj. As Yuvraj is brought to the scene, he taunts Abhira with a provocative song and is promptly locked up. However, Jagrat arrives, issuing veiled threats regarding Akshu.
