Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira’s life in danger after being shifted to Kaal kothri

Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has taken a heartbreaking turn with Abhira being sentenced to life in prison after Anshuman’s death and Armaan’s failure to prove her innocence. Struggling with harassment in jail, she now faces fresh doubts as suspicions rise about Jalebi’s role in Maira’s kidnapping.

Abhira confronts Jalebi:

In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira grows suspicious of Jalebi and discovers the shocking truth about her involvement in child trafficking. She is horrified to find that her own daughter is among the girls trapped.

Filled with anger, Abhira confronts Jalebi violently, demanding to know the whereabouts of her daughter. The commotion attracts the attention of the jail authorities, who arrive and restrain Abhira, preventing her from harming Jalebi.

Abhira hands over Jalebi’s phone to the jail authorities, claiming it contains evidence of her crimes. However, when the phone is checked, it is switched off. Abhira explains that it had fallen but she had tried to fix it.

Jalebi denies the accusations, and the arguments escalate. The jail authorities assure Abhira that the phone will be repaired and any incriminating evidence found will lead to Jalebi being punished.

Abhira sent to solitary cell:

While the question of Jalebi’s punishment remains, the episode also shows that Maira is rescued and returned safely to the Poddar household. Meanwhile, Abhira is sent to solitary confinement in a cell, where she experiences extreme trauma.

Alone in darkness with no contact with the outside world, she is seen longing for her daughter, expressing her emotions through drawings on the wall.

Abhira’s life in danger:

The authorities notice her deteriorating health, and although a nurse tries to provide medical attention, Abhira refuses food and water, worsening her condition. The nurse warns that if this continues, Abhira’s life could be in danger.

As mentioned earlier, Abhira will be proved innocent in court and finally return home. However, the trauma of her solitary cell experience continues to haunt her.

Even after reuniting with her daughter, she struggles with fear and anxiety. In the upcoming episode, Abhira will be seen behaving much like Vidya did after her release from jail—choosing to sit alone in a dark room, still trapped in the memories of her confinement.
