#WrapUpJuly: Two deaths shocked the industry; Lot many entries took over this month!

July started on a somber note for us where the entertainment industry lost not one but two treasured actors this month.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Dr. Hathi actor Kavi Kumaz Azad breathed his last on the morning of 10th July again due to prolonged health issues. And then, actress Rita Bhaduri passed away early morning on the 17th of July, after prolonged kidney ailment.

Apart from this, the month saw many developments in the world of television. And below are some of them.

ENTRIES

Rajeev Bharadwaj entered Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala as Kullfi's fake father and kidnapper David along with actress Kanishka Soni entering the show as a cop. Also, Addite Shirwakar Malik will also be seen entering the show soon in a pivotal role. Colors' Roop-Mard ka Naya Swaroop took center stage in the entries list with four actors entering the show post its 10 year leap - Shashank Vyas (as the grown up Roop), Donal Bisht (as the grown up Ishika), Chandini Bhagwani (as the grown up Palak), Gaurav Sharma (as Roop's elder brother-in-law) and Neil Bhatt (as Roop's bully cousin). Kishore Sahani and Nia Sharma entered Ishq Mein Marjawan post the leap, Kajal Pisal entered Udaan, child artist Tashvi Thakker entered Naagin 3 as the young  Bela (Surbhi Jyoti), Gaurav S Bajaj entered And TV's Siddhivinayak, Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi fame Arjun Aneja entered Silsila Badate Rishton Ka as Nandini (Drashti Dhami) and Mauli's (Aditi Sharma) college buddy, Upasana Singh entered SAB TV's Jijaji Chhat Par Hai, Manoj Chandila entered Dil Hi Toh Hai, Mugdha Chapekar made her comeback to television with Savitri Devi College and Hospital, Priyanka Purohit entered Aapke Aa Jaane Se, Rishton Ka Chakravyuh actress Vaishnavi Rao entered Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as the new Mansi and actress Nidhi Uttam who plays Nandini in the show returned too, Krissan Barreto entered Tu Aashiqui as the third person between Ahaan (Ritvik Arora) and Pankti (Jannat Zubair Rahmani).

EXITS

Vidisha Srivastava (Roshni) bid goodbye to her debut show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Vishal Karwal quit Paramavatar Shri Krishna to explore other roles, Suchita Trivedi exited Ishq Mein Marjawan, Priyamvada Kant made an exit from her SAB TV show Tenali Rama, and last but not the least, there is full possibility that Disha Vakani might not return to Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah as the actress has said that her baby is her priority right now.

ON AIR

Shows that went on air this month were Indian Idol on Sony TV, Laal Ishq on And TV, Yeh Teri Galiyaan on Zee TV and Nazar on Star Plus.

OFF AIR

Shows that bid good bye to the audience were Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki on 27th July, Jeet Gayi Toh Piya More on 23rd July, Har Shaakh Par Ullu Baitha Hai on 30th July and Chandrashekhar 14th July.

While Vivian Dsena's link up rumours with his Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki co-star Garima Jain died down as soon as they'd started, fresh ones came out linking the actor this time to yet another actress from his show - Amrita Prakash. However, both of them vehemently denied the buzz.

Also rumoured to be going out were Mayavi Maling co-stars Harshad Arora and his on-screen mother Aparna Kumar. Apparently, the off-set closeness between the duo gave rise to these rumours, which both denied.

DIVORCES

Juhi Parmar and Sachin Shroff's divorce also came through early this month. And so did Avinash Sachdev and Shalmalee Desai a few days back.

Actress Toral Rasputra's 6 year marriage to a businessman Dhaval fell apart and her divorce came through a few months back. The actress told the media that the separation was amicable.

BABIES

Actress Mihika Verma and husband Anand Kapai welcomed their baby boy two months back, where the same which was confirmed by Mihika's brother actor Mishkat Verma.

A portion of the sets of Star Plus' Krishna Chali London caught fire when a high intensity light blast and the black cloth surrounding it caught fire. However, the production team contained the situation immediately.

Actress Hina Khan found herself embroiled in a legal controversy wherein she was accused of misplacing some jewels sent to her by her stylist, who sent her a legal notice. Hina too presented her side of the story by issuing her stylist a legal response.

Last seen in Dil Se Dil Tak, actor Siddharth Shukla was involved in a car accident where the actor lost control of his car and rammed it into four others, before crashing onto a divider. The actor was arrested for rash driving and later released on bail.

And lastly, while actors Juhi Parmar and Sachin Shroff's divorce came through early this month, Juhi lashed out at Sachin's claims that he stated in an interview with a leading daily.

With quite many developments taking place this month, it sure was not a monotonous one unlike the past few months.
