Vivan Bhatena disappointed with Imagine..

The actor Vivan Bhatena is upset at the way NDTV Imagine shut the show Chand Ke Paar Chalo soon after introducing a new story line..

Vivan Bhatena is quite disappointed at the way his NDTV Imagine show, Chand Ke Paar Chalo was shut within a month of the story introducing him and Amar Upadhyay's fashion house track

He says, "It seems that they had already predetermined to end the story before they began our part. May be the channel had sold the slot to Ekta Kapoor for then Bandini and Kitani Mohabbat Hai were brought in. But as these shows are not doing very well, they must be regretting taking us off air".

Vivan goes on. "We had the right concept and perfect casting. I am quite sure that we would have rocked, if the channel had given us more time. But then they know what they are doing. One of main reasons why NDTV Imagine could be shunting shows could be that they have got into a panic as most of their shows are not really clicking".

Coming to his other Zee TV show Maayka, Vivan informs that there will be major twists and turns in the story. "My character will become a father very soon, and then the family will be reduced to penury as well".

He also informs that the creative's may take a call on the show post IPL "But one of main reasons why the show is still going on is that its silly to end a property which is doing well; we have consistently been in the top five list of the channel, though we have slipped a bit off late. And secondly it's quite tough to get a new show and make it sustain for even six months", the actor concludes.

Well, these are the actor's personal views and don't reflect Telly Buzz thoughts. According to TAM ratings, Bandini is the Number One show on the channel and Kitani is picking up as well.

After all, it is the public opinions that count the most when it comes to numbers, isn't it??

His twitter account says VivanBhathena, IF might have got the spelling wrong.

No offence to the writers of the articles, but many of the forum ones contain mistakes, errors and in-correct info. It's best just to take things into perpective and understand that, things can be taken out of context.

I have read many articles from the TV and Film with errors, which other people have posted comments about, so I am not just saying this from my point of view:)

Now I just stick to the video interviews.

HI this is vivan and i was horrified when i read this article. i want to apologize to all the fans of bandini and kmh. what i said was that ckpc was not doing well and thats why we were introduced in the show and i wish the channel had given us more time to prove ourselves rather then change our time slot and bring in bandini. i never said anything about KMH because it does not involve me or my show. i think bandini and kmh are both doing well in their own right and its upto the fans to judge not me. i am really sorry for this mixup and i apologize to anil merani for my lack of clarity in the interview and to all the fans. cheers

Vivan channel regretting......may be they r regretting why they dint start Bandini and KMH before only so they migth have get them into top 10 programmes...dont know everyone is back of Ektha....SP and now Zee actors too....great going.

Vivan, we can understand that you are upset, but PLEASE check your fact before blindly badmouthing the ohter shows they are 100 times better than CKPC !

i loved chand ke paar chalo, its pretty sad that they shut the show, but i love bandini and kitani as much and i am sure they are doing well in india TRP wise because in the UK it is surely rockin

i hope he comes on a star plus show soon pleasee
