Singer Mika Singh has been banned by the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) and no one from the industry is allowed to work with him. Mika performed at former Pakistan President General Pervez Musharaf’s close relative’s wedding, which irked the people in both the countries. Just two days after the ban, the singer has yet again managed to grab eyeballs with another gimmick.

On his way back, while returning from Pakistan, Mika Singh posted a video of him chanting 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' at Wagah Border. They aren't able to celebrate any festival, all to make our lives better. Jai hind."

While one user wrote, "Ab kya fayda tera career to gaya after performing in Pakistan," another one said, "Damage already done."
Reportedly, Mika charged USD 150,000 (Rs 1 crore) for his performance at the wedding in Karachi. Right after Singh’s video went viral on the Internet, the singer received a lot of wrath on social media for his performance in Pakistan, especially at a time when tension between the two countries is at its peak because of the removal of Article 370.
Releasing a statement on Tuesday (August 13), AICWA revealed that they have put a blanket ban on Mika Singh. AICWA President Suresh Gupta added that he will make sure that Mika Singh doesn't get to work with anyone in India as he has "put money above the nation."
