Bollywood actor Vinay Pathak, who has been part of hit TV show "Hip Hip Hurray", is open to small screen offers and said his fans may see him on the television soon.
A successful VJ-turned actor, Vinay won accolades for his work in critically acclaimed and commercially successful films such as "Khosla Ka Ghosla", "Bheja Fry", "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" and "Chalo Dilli".
"I am not shut to it (TV). It is always about the excitement and something that I get to do. I am open and probably very soon you might see me on TV," Vinay told IANS.
What is your criteria before signing on the dotted lines?
"It is always the story and the script. For me, that is first and foremost. If it is an interesting story, I would want to be a part of it. If the character is exciting, then it is a plus for me to build on," he said.
The 45-year-old will next be seen in revenge comedy "Bajatey Raho", expected to come out July 26. Directed by Shashant Shah, the film will see Vinay teaming up with Ranvir Shorey again.
Vishakha Singh and Tusshar Kapoor are also part of the cast.
