Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif to make an official announcement about their wedding

Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif will marry in December at a fort resort in Rajasthan. The couple's team has already arrived at the venue to handle the preparations. 

According to a report in a news portal, the actors are planning to make an official announcement about their wedding soon. With the announcement they will reportedly seek best wishes from their friends in the media fraternity, with whom they have good relations.

According to Etimes, “Their wedding outfits are being designed by Sabyasachi. They are currently in the process of choosing fabrics for the same; Katrina has chosen a raw silk number for her ensemble, which is going to be a lehenga. The wedding will take place in November-December.”

The actors opted out of an international destination wedding. According to the report, Katrina and Vicky both have an interesting slate of films in the works. While Katrina must complete filming on 'Tiger 3' with Salman Khan in 2022, Vicky must begin filming on Sam Manekshaw's biopic. So choosing an international location for the wedding would have meant taking more days off work, which they apparently cannot afford right now. According to the report, given the global COVID-19 situation, they thought it would be best if they chose a destination in India itself. 

Katrina's upcoming projects include 'Tiger 3' with Salman Khan, 'Phone Bhoot' with Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Ali Abbas Zafar's superhero series. 

Vicky, on the other hand, has Meghna Gulzar's biopic of Sam Manekshaw, 'The Immortal Ashwatthama,' starring Sara Ali Khan, and 'Takht.'
