Vanshaj: Yuvika struggles to sleep in her crowded cell

Within the Mahajan dynasty on Sony SAB's show Vanshaj, viewers are drawn into a mesmerising saga of complex relationships and the relentless pursuit of power. This causes tension within the Mahajan family and ignites a fierce rivalry between Yuvika and her cousin DJ (Mahir Pandhi). In recent episodes, DJ brings Yuvika's lookalike Chinki, claiming that Chinki is the real Yuvika, leading everyone in the family to believe DJ. However, Yuvika's mother, Bhoomi (Gurdeep Punj), and love interest, Neel (Mohit Kumar), start collecting evidence against Chinki to blow up DJ's plan.  

In the upcoming episode of Vanshaj, Yuvika is caught between the police and her family. As she is dragged by the police, Bhoomi protests, expressing support and claiming Yuvika as her daughter. DJ dismisses Bhoomi, calling Yuvika an imposter named Chinky and ensuring she'll go to jail. A judge convicts Yuvika (Chinky) of identity fraud. Neel vows to appeal, but Yuvika feels hopeless. Gargi wishes Yuvika never return, but DJ insists on focusing on their port project now. Yuvika arrives at the jail, humiliated by Dhopte, the corrupt and cruel jailor. Yuvika undergoes the humiliating entry process. Assigned to the most dangerous barrack, she faces the harsh reality of her situation. Yuvika, in her jail uniform, navigates the hostile environment as she struggles to find a place to sleep, remaining awake and alert. Bhoomi sings a lullaby parallelly, with Arjun and Isha witnessing her pain. The split screen shows Yuvika unable to sleep in her crowded cell, reflecting the shared suffering.

In tonight's episode, Yukti undergoes a transformation to resemble Yuvika, causing confusion among the group. Yuvika, trapped and frantic, tries to escape but fails. Eventually, they all end up at the hospital where DJ accuses Yuvika of being an imposter. To prove her innocence, Yuvika suggests retrieving a diary from the Mahajan house. However, when presented with the diary, it contains evidence against her, leading to her being taken away by the police. Gargi's betrayal adds to the shock, leaving Bhoomi, Neel, and others helpless, while Arjun and Isha are emotional witnesses to the ordeal.
