Vaishnavi's Agnipariksha in Mata Ki Chowki..

Vaishnavi (Muskaan Arora) was finally getting closer to a happily married life in Sahara One's Mata Ki Chowki, when destiny played a vicious game yet again!!

Vansh(Rahul Raj) all of a sudden falls unconscious on the marriage day, and he is declared dead in hospital!! Vaishnavi’s life has come to a stand still, but the devoted wife that she is, is determined to get him back to life at any cost.

In the track ahead, Vaishnavi tells Mata that if she had been an earnest devotee, then Mata must grant her wish and give back her husband’s life. Mata is in a dilemma, should she defy the law of Nature for her most earnest bhakt Vaishnavi, by bringing alive a dead person, or should she break the faith of her blessed child. Finally Mata resolves to defy the law of Nature and help Vaishnavi and be her Marg darshak. With her divine powers she guides Vaishnavi to the abode of Yamraaj as Vaishnavi begs Vansh’s life from him. But the lord of Death throws many challenges to Vaishnavi. Vaishnavi has to fight all odds and overcome all hurdles created by the lord of Death - Yamraj to get her husband Vansh’s life back. 

According to our source, “Pankaj Kumar who was earlier seen in B.R. Chopra’s Ramayan will play the pivotal role of Yamraj here”.

We talked to Pankaj who stated, “Yamraj is known as the Lord of Death, and we have followed the tradition in which the character has been described”.

On the track ahead, he says, “Yamraj will be giving various tasks to Vaishnavi for getting her husband back. The story will move on the lines of Savithri Satyavan”.

Pankaj was earlier seen playing Bali in B.R. Chopra’s Ramayan. “I prefer to do mytho roles as I am a theater artist. I love to play the loud characters in mythos, hence chose the role of Yamraj here”.

Can Vaishnavi do what Savitri did? Can she win back her husband, Vansh’s life from the claws of death?
