Traditional 'Latmar Holi' in Lapataganj!

Talking about Barsane Ki Holi our source informs, "Basically on the day of Holi, the women beat men with sticks to keep them away from acquiring victory in the temple of Radhika. Holi songs known as 'Hori' are sung by both men and women, wherein the  songs have dialogues exchanged between Krishna and Radhika. The funniest thing is that men are well padded because they cannot retaliate to the women and can only try to keep them off by sprinkling colored water on them".

"This whole scenario will be executed in Lapataganj, to give an authentic feel to the shoot of Latmar Holi. The production house has even called a Bhajan Mandali to sing their traditional songs," adds source.

Priti Amin aka Surili confirmed this piece of news saying, "Yes, such kind of Holi will be played in  Lapataganj but I am clueless as we have not started shooting for the same".

We too hear that SAB TV is planning a Holi event with Holika Dahan where celebrities like Deven Bhojani, Kavita Kaushik, Disha Wakani, Dilip Joshi, Shailesh Lodha, Abbas Khan, Preeti Amin, Sucheta Khanna, Sumeet Raghavan, Tiku Talsania, Shweta Gulati, Varun Badola, Rohitash Gaur, Ami Trivedi, Swapnil Joshi, Muskaan Mehani, Kishori Godbole will be present at the event.
