Track was shocking and hard to digest: Snehal Reddy on flirting with Sai onscreen for ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali'

Star Plus show ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Wali’ is getting a lot of appreciation and love from the fans. The current track of the show revolves around Mandar wanting to separate Raghav and Pallavi while they are striving hard to collect proves against Mandar and put him behind the bars.

In order to help Pallavi, Raghav has disguised himself as a cook named Swapnil and entered Deshmukh house. He is donning a look which has enabled him to hide his identity from everyone. AS per the track, Sulochana is infatuated with Swapnil. She is shown to be attracted towards him while Swapnil (Raghav) acts dumb. 

Well, India Forums got in touch with actress Snehal Reddy who plays the character of Sulochana in the show and asked her reaction on the track. She quipped, “Well, when I read the script, I was surprised and shocked at the same time. It was quite hard to digest. It has always been established that Sulochana and Raghav hate each other to the core and always gave tashan to each other. Thus this track is providing something different and out-of-the-box content to the viewers. Sai and I spoke about the track and we decided to accept the challenging track and enjoy the same. It’s something new and unexpected even for the viewers”.

She further added, “Swapnil is Sulochana’s fantasy. She wanted a partner like him so she’s attracted towards him. She is unaware of the fact that Swapnil is none other than Raghav Rao. It will be interesting to know how things will turn up when she gets to know about the truth”.

We asked the actress whether she felt awkward performing the scenes, she added, “Not at all. The scenes or even the upcoming sequences aren’t cheap. They’re more in light humor and comedy space. The viewers are finding the camaraderie between Sulochana and Swapnil funny and entertaining. They’ve given them a hashtag also which is #SuloPnil”.

In the upcoming track, Sulochana and Swapnil will have a little dance sequence as well. We asked Snehal about the same. She added, “Yes, it not quite an elaborated sequence, it will be for about 25-30 seconds. I’m sure it will tickle the funny bones of the viewers”.
