Toxic: Kiara Advani fans slam negativity after reports emerge of Yash being unhappy with her work in the film

Toxic is slated to be one of the most expensive and awaited films of the year. While it is supposed to be releasing in April 2025, there is no clarity on the same. Some days back, a news portal reported that Yash who is also the producer of Toxic was unhappy with actress Kiara Advani’s performance in the Mumbai schedule. It seems he wants it completely canned, and done in a fresh manner. The team had a two-week schedule in Mumbai. Now, they have headed to Goa where a big song sequence will be shot by Ganesh Acharya. It seems the two have amazing chemistry in the movie.

After this news was discussed on social media, the team of Toxic dismissed it as rubbish. They said Kiara Advani has been doing a great job so far. Fans have blamed rival PR for the same. Kiara Advani has had quite a steep rise to being a Bollywood A-Lister with hits like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Shershaah, Satyaprem Ki Katha and so on. She is also the leading lady of WAR 2 that has Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. Her last movie, Game Changer with Ram Charan tanked badly at the box office. This news has come as another blow.

Admirers felt that this could be done by a rival PR. Nayanthara is the other leading lady of Toxic. She is playing the role of Yash’s sister. Kareena Kapoor Khan was the first choice of Geetu Mohandas but she opted out due to date issues and remuneration. Then, the Jawan actress stepped in. The Amar Ujala report also said that Toxic is now aiming for an end of 2025 release and not the summer holidays. The KGF star wants the entire Mumbai part to be reshot as he is unhappy with the product. The report also said that Nayanthara will be positioned as the leading lady of the movie.
