Riding high on love and emotions COLORS' primetime show Kasam...Tere Pyaar Ki has always entertained its viewers with its high octane drama and unpredictability.

Adding another layer of entertainment and intrigue to the current storyline, the show will soon witness the entry of a new character, Dr. Manav Grewal which will be played by popular television actor Rohit Khurana.

Rohit Khurana's character Manav Grewal is a sharp-looking yet grounded doctor who is quite professional when it comes to his work. He has an 8-year-old daughter who he is very protective about.

His entry has the highest impact on Tanuja (Kratika Sengar). While they will not hit it off immediately, an unusual friendship which they foster will soon bring them really close. Moreover, in the upcoming episodes, Tanuja's trust in Manav will soar causing her to blindly rely on him for advice through the toughest situations.

Elaborating about his character, Rohit says, "Since its launch, Kasam...Tere Pyaar Ki has established itself as a front-runner on television and I am really thrilled to be a part of the show. Dr. Manav Grewal is a mature man and a father, which subsequently makes him Tanuja's confidant. Being a father in real life equips me for a new set of emotions that I will need to showcase through Manav's perspective.
