Producer Rajan Shahi's long-running Star Plus show 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai', featuring Shivangi Joshi & Mohsin Khan in the lead roles of recently witnessed the exit of actor Rishi Dev aka 'Naksh' and 'Bepannaah' actor Shahzad Shaikh replaced him. Now, another popular actor has moved out of 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. TV actress Parul Chauhan, who plays the role of Kartik's mother 'Swarna Goenka' in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' has quit the show.

Parul Chauhan confirmed her exit to a leading paper that she has quit the show as she is not ready to become grandmother role. And now latest we hear is that Niyati Joshi who been known for her role in Saath Phere, Kumkum Ek Pyaara Sa Bandhan has replaced Parul Chauhan.

Niyati will soon be to entering the show as Swarna.

What's wrong with makers to show younger actors like Parul and Niyati as mothers? From which angle they look mothers of Kartik and Keerti?

parul took a wise decision. she was never an important character in the show except during shubham's death and kaira breakup.

I am happy that the makers of the show have realised that there is a character of Kartik's mom in the show who is important not to be missed by the audience
