The way Uorfi flirted with Abhishek, I could see true love in her eyes: Jiya Shankar's sarcastic dig at Uorfi

Jiya Shankar, who recently got evicted from the Bigg Boss OTT 2 house got in an exclusive conversation with India Forums and spilled some beans on her journey in the show, her equation with Abhishek Malhan and Palak Purswani and a lot more

Jiya you had a divided set of audience outside. There were people who liked you and then there were people who disliked you and called you fake. Do you think you were one of the most misunderstood contestants in this season?

Thousand per cent yes! I was the most misunderstood person of this season. I believe I was not misunderstood by people because the audience saw me, understood me and showered me with love too. I think until this morning I was trending on Twitter. People have been stating that I have won hearts and that I am a pure soul. People have also said that I am not meant for the show because I did not fight unnecessarily. I stood out I would say amongst all the other contestants. Now is the time I will speak up for myself.

Do you think the soap water incident with Elvish Yadav added fuel to the fire? Because outside the house you received a lot of backlash for the same.

I will never defend myself for that thing. Maine apni galtiyo ko kabhi defend nahi kiya hai. I would simply say sorry and I will accept my mistake and I did so in front of everybody. Elvish forgave me, his father too forgave me. In fact, he addressed me as his daughter Komal and that was the best feeling ever. I wish I can meet him once again. Uncle ji, I so wanna hug you. Aise pita har kisi ko mile. 

Palak came outside the house and told us that she will not say that you and she are on completely good terms now. She would rather meet you and then decide, your comments on the same?

If she has said this, she is absolutely right about that. The way things ended between us, we definitely spoke, but things were not clear. I met my friend in the show, but I do not know if the friendship has begun again. So maybe when we meet and talk, I think we can decide then. 

When Uorfi came in the show, she called your chemistry with Abhishek fake, how do you react to Uorfi’s statements?

Theek hai yaar. I found Uorfi and Abhishek's bond so real na! Jis tarah se Uorfi aayi aur Abhishek ke sath flirt kar ne lagi, aisa dikh raha tha bahut pyaar hai dono mein. Definitely aisa lag raha tha ke Uorfi Abhishek ke pyaar mein pagal ho chuki hai. Their bond came across as very strong to me. I could see true love in Uorfi's eyes for Abhishek. 

When Elvish came to the show, you spoke about your father to him and he also gave you a suggestion. Are you going to follow those suggestions?

No, I do not think I will imply any of those. It has been years now, we have all moved on, it is all done and dusted now. Jis insaan ne kabhi pucha hi nahi ke main theek hoon ya nahi, kuch chaiye toh yaad kar lena, Baap hai, Zinda hai. He never mentioned any of these things, then how can I go ahead to tell anything to him? 

The audience has been divided into two sets now. Elvish fans and Abhishek fans. Who do you think will lift the trophy?

Jisne janta ka dil jeeta hai, that person will lift the trophy. I think both of them have won hearts of the audience, so in that case, whoever wins
