The Archies poster and teaser out: Suhana, Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor starrer promises a youthful journey
Netflix India has unveiled the first look and teaser of Zoya Akhtar directorial, The Archies and introduced the viewers to the ensemble cast that would be headlining this musical drama.

Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda are all slated to star in Zoya Akhtar's next Netflix drama The Archies. Archie Andrews and his gang from the comic books will now be shown in an OTT film adaptation in India. The live-action musical, directed by Zoya Akhtar, is set in 1960s India. Tiger Baby and Graphic India are backing the Indian adaptation of the legendary comics.
On April 18, the Archies went on floors. On Saturday, May 14, Netflix India's official Twitter account published the first-look poster for The Archies. "Grab your picnic baskets and pick out your cutest outfits, we're going to greet Archie’s gang! Presenting the cast of THE ARCHIES, a Zoya Akhtar film", they wrote

The announcement featuring the cast and a catchy music track by Ankur Tiwari and the Islanders serves as a glimpse into the world that Akhtar promises to bring to life for audiences around the world.
This musical drama is being headlined by an exciting fresh ensemble. The film will feature Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Khushi Kapoor, Suhana Khan, Yuvraj Menda, Agastya Nanda and Vedang Raina in key roles. The 7 young actors will play the beloved characters from the hugely popular Archie Comics.
Last year, The Archies, directed by Zoya Akhtar, was announced. Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda have already started filming.
Reema shared a photo of clapboard with info on The Archies' first shot on her Instagram account. She captioned the post as, “#Archie’s #shootstarts #TigerBaby’s first solo production #partnerincrime @zoieakhtar @Netflix.”
