#TeaserReview: 'Vodka Shots' brings to fore never-seen-before sides of Sanaya Irani and Karan Grover

The flipsides of the same coin, are they?

Vodka Shots, the digital debut of the much loved Sanaya Irani starring Karan V Grover as the lead along with herself has been much talked about and anticipated since a really long time.

While it has been quite some time since the first teaser of the web series came out, the second one starring Karan as Shlok is here, and well, we are definitely looking forward to it, courtesy the intrigue that it has managed to create.

The Impact:

The music that drops on our ears in the very first shot is what manages to create a perfect blend of anxiety as well as intrigue following which we see Shlok (Karan V Grover) driving the car with a bottle of Vodka in his hands.

Keya (Sanaya Irani) was to Shlok what Vodka is to an addict, and now that he is back in Keya's life, there is some thrill that is going to follow, and we can feel the titillation just when his car stops by in front of Keya's house.

Oh, and of course, the constant cutaways of Keya does give the trailer a build-up and a sense of curiosity in all the right ways.

The trailer closes just the way Sanaya's did, at a very confused and a rather conspiring heads, or tales...

The Verdict:

With the kind of build-up that both the trailers have presented, there is something fascinating as well as tantalizing about the series, the characters, and the plot. With not having seen a lot of such kind of content on Indian web series, it is as much bold as it is peculiar.
