Actor Sushmita Sen has been nothing short of a trailblazer where her resurgence in the entertainment industry has been one to watch out for with two riveting seasons of Disney+ Hotstar's Aarya but as revealed by her recently, she also suffered and has powered through a heart attack.

She mentioned that when it first began, she thought how can they do that to her and took it very personally because it was happening on her timeline. She also talked about how if this case is making her feel so strongly only as she is portraying Gauri Sawant's life, the affected personalities are facing it and breathing this every moment of their life.
She further added that she thanked the stars that she had the opportunity to change this somehow and if God has made her a medium through which the love that people have for her can be passed on to a community that has longed and ached for it, they deserve it too.
Taali is directed by Ravi Jadhav, who has won several National Film Awards. It is set to premiere on JioCinema from 15th August 2023 onwards.

Shouldn't atleast the slur be censored in the headline (actually whole article)?

Also Kudos to IndiaForums for uphelding utmost journalistic standards and not censoring a dehumanising transphobic slur while doing PR pieces for rich cishet women. Amaze standards of ethics!

Wow, how brave is the rich, cishet, beauty pageant winner exalted as the epitome of femininity to face trolling for playacting as a trans person! The playacting that would have resulted her getting a fat paycheck. Imagine if this visibility and fat paycheck went to a trans actor who face such trolling for existing?!?
