Sur Kshetra faces MNS's formidable challenge

The party shows discord over Asha Bhosle's decision to be a part of the reality show

A path breaking music reality show, Sur Kshetra which was soon going to go on air on Colors and Sahara One simultaneously is suddenly facing a tough challenge.

The show features well-known singers from the industry and is based on the concept of the unison between India and Pakistan. Asha Bhosle, Runa Laila, Abida Parveen, Himesh Reshammiya and Atif Aslam are the judges on the show which is hosted by Ayesha Takia Azmi.

Latest trouble for the show has been the powerful Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) who has warned the channel against airing the show on television. The party has shown strong disagreement over Asha Bhosle's decision to be a part of the show that also has celebrated Pakistani singers.

According to our credible sources, MNS has sent across a letter to Ashaji pleading her not to judge the show and a failure to comply with the same will result in the party disrupting the shoot. The channels are in a soup since the first schedule of 15 to 18 episodes of the show has already been shot.

im sorry to say but HR is so rude while introducing the show where atif aslam is so kind and sweet ! i dont what kind of HR has? she should not foget that mona liza paki Tv actress already wroked in her filnm! he so rude with his speeches!! im sorry guys!!!

i hope that show wont become a 1947 war!!!! that is har baar ka purana drama even while playing pak vs india cricket!!

asha mam to ek bahana hain it's obvious that they r against pakistani singer being judge. Idk in which century r they living . World is so developed now even US is rule by obhama who is negro so it's just about judging reality show. These people seriously need 2 grow up!!!

what the hell.. the people in these senas are seriously jobless i think.. wat is so wrong in pak and indian singers coming together? even though i am an indian, i very much like the quality of pak singers too.. so what? i should stop listening to all the songs too?? Weird senseless people, whose only motive is to cause chaos and rift between people..
