Stephen Hawking, the man with a mind who revolutionised the world with his study on general relativity, often called Hawking radiation. He was the first to set out a theory of of cosmology explained by a union of the general theory of relativity and quantum mechanics.

And apart from that, his life is aptly portrayed in the film, The Theory Of Everything, where Eddie Redmayne plays Stephen Hawking making you feel you're watching Stephen himself.

We have lost the man today and it indeed is a saddening day for all of us.

RIP Stephen Hawking. One of the great names in Quantum Mechanics apart from Einstein. Being a lover of Quantum Mechanics I was quite inspired by his work. Thank you for giving this world a revolutionary physicist of all time.
