Star Plus and Directors' Kut put together a Grand Bidaai..

Star Plus and Directors' Kut are all set to bid farewell to their most successful telly drama Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai with a two hour extravaganza to be aired this Saturday, 13th November from 7-9 PM. Bidaai which has achieved lot many milestones in the span of three years has been a slot leader for the longest time. The show launched the careers of Parul Chauhan, Kinshuk Mahajan, Angad Hasija, Sara Khan, Ashita Dhawan, Naveen Saini and gave a big comeback platform to veteran actors like Seema Kapoor, Avinash Wadhawan, Alok Nath, Vibha Chibber. The show also happens to be the flagship show for Rajan Shahi's Directors Kut.

The two hour special episode, as reported earlier will see the twin weddings of Alekh-Sakshi (Sulagna Panigrahi) and Ragini-Anmol (Apoorva Agnihotri).

Another fascinating aspect of the Maha episode will be that the three leads of Directors' Kut, Parul Chauhan, Hina Khan (Ye Rishta Ky Kehlata Hai) and Neha Sargam (Chand Chupa Badal Mein) will be seen together on the dance floor.

Our source says, "Karan Mehra and Hina Khan, Neha Sargam and Sarita Joshi from Directors' Kut's other serials will be seen in the finale episode of Bidaai. The entire Bidaai team along with them will be seen performing for the number 'Bole Chudiya Bole Kangna' from the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. Rajan Shahi's daughter Ishika will also be seen performing in a group dance along with the kiddos of Bidaai".

Apparently, Arhaan Behll and Pooja Gor from Pratigya could not shoot for their dance performance on Bidaai. We hear that the channel was keen on roping in the couple for a performance, but their hectic schedule due to the re-shoot of one complete episode did not give them any free time.

When contacted, Pooja Gor confirmed the same saying, "Yes, we were running out of episode bank, and since we are also gearing up for a Maha episode we could not get time".

We also hear that Kinshuk Mahajan who played the role of Ranveer with lan will be seen in the climax scene.

Our source verbalizes, "Soon after the twin weddings are over, the couples will walk towards the garlanded portraits of Sadhana (Sara Khan) and Ranveer (Kinshuk  Mahajan) to seek their blessings. This is when Ranveer will come before Ragini and Anmol, and will tell them that it was his dream to see them happy, and their union today has made him very happy".

We hear that the entire team of Bidaai has been teary-eyed for the past few days. Today happens to be the last day of shoot, and Producer Rajan Shahi, as requested by his team called the shots in the morning and will be present at the sets till the wrap-up. The entire team is slated to have a cake cutting ceremony later in the evening to mark the success of their show.

Bidaai has till now created a record of sorts for being the only show on Indian television that bids adieu when it is highly placed amongst the top five shows across GECs.
