There is no denying the fact that the world needs more strong women and we have many great ones in our tinsel town itself. Sonam Kapoor is not only an artist recognized globally for her work but she is the one who is a perfect example of what a head strong woman is. She is witty, successful and fearless. She is very popularly known for voicing out her opinions too and well, that's something really appreciable.
Recently, in an interaction with Huffington Post, Sonam had mentioned how she is a feminist and she is not hesitant to stand for what she believes in. According to reports in Mid-day, on 5th August the actress will deliver a talk on how women can help each other, at an ongoing women’s club initiative.
The initiative has been taken by Sonam’s friend Samyukta Nair, who is quiet influential herself and is also the owner of Jamavar club in London. In her interaction with the daily, the Neerja star said, “Strong women lift each other up. I’m lucky to be surrounded by many of them and hope to encourage that sisterhood. Women can make it big in this man’s world only if we motivate and empower each other.”
Well, true that. On work front Sonam will next be seen in her upcoming project The Zoya Factor, opposite Dulquer Salmaan. The movie is based on the life of a girl, Zoya Solanki, who becomes a lucky charm for India's cricket team. Helmed by Abhishek Sharma, the movie will release in September 2019.
