Sonal Vengurlekar bags Shakuntalam Telefilms' next on Colors; soon to re-enter D3!

Actress Sonal Vengurlekar has been roped in for Shakuntalam Telefilmsâ€™ upcoming show on Colors. Sonal will also be re-entering Channel Vâ€™s Dil Dostii Dance soon.

Pretty actress Sonal Vengurlekar who was recently seen as Ruhi in Channel V's Dil Dostii Dance, will soon be seen in a different role in Colors' next.

Our source informed us, "Sonal has been roped in to play a pivotal role in Shankutalam Telefilms' next on Colors. It's going to be a story of four sisters and Sonal will be playing the younger one and her character is going to be a positive one. Her character is going to be very bubbly. The shoots are expected to start from next month."

When contacted Sonal, she confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I have been finalized for the show but I am yet to sign the contract."

We also got some insight from the sets of Dil Dostii Dance that the antagonist Sonal will be re-entering to the show very soon. Our source from the production house informed us, "Ruhi will be back in the show to take revenge from everyone by trying to create differences between Swayam (Shantanu Maheshwari), Sharon (Vrushika Mehta), Rey (Kunwar Amarjeet Singh) and Kriya (Shakti Mohan). This time the viewers will witness Ruhi's madness of doing anything to achieve what she wants."

We also quizzed Sonal about it. She told us, "When I was leaving the show, they told me that I will be back again to the show but I thought that they are just kidding with me but I have got a call from the production house and they have called me to start shooting with them again. I can't reveal much about it I haven't started shooting yet but I will start shooting with them in 1-2 days."

I am glad you got a better, bubbly, positive role Sonal Vengurlekar :) Yet another learning experience after Rukmini and Ruhi...and all the best!

I just wish Ruhi wasn't re entering -_- Gah...her character is the kind of one dimensional typical villainess which is super annoying! And what will she come back and do? Everyone knows her true face already. Besides...exactly what level of madness exceeds murder???

Khair...hope the stint is short and Sonal and D3 can both move on from this character -__- I don't mind some angst between KriYaansh, but the villain needs to have SOME layers atleast.
