Shilpa revealed, "You need to have discipline and consistency. My routine and lifestyle are pretty balanced. I eat my dinner by 7 pm and fast for 14 hours. I usually follow a high protein low carb diet, but when you’re working, you need to adapt to the role and its requirements."
