Shantanu to pursue career in music in Odhani..

Star One's Rang Badalti Odhani, produced by Yash Patnaik has a new flavour to offer in which the protagonist Shantanu (Karan Tacker) identifies that he wants to pursue his career in music.

Yes, you heard it right, and loyal fans of Shantanu will see him sing and perform on the guitar at regular intervals now..

Our source tells us, "Shantanu eventually decides to give himself a second chance at music, and is now desperate to bring his rock band to life again. He declares to his family members that he will now pursue career in music, but this comes as a big shock to his family. They cannot digest the fact that a guy who holds a business empire worth 10,000 crore wants to become a singer at a cafe. However, it is Khanak (Yashashri Masurkar) who stands by his decision and supports Shaan".

We hear that Shantanu will soon join hands with Duck (Jas Karan Singh) to help him with the contract that he has got. Shaan gets back to his singing days as Duck plays the guitar.

"Shaan and Duck rehearse hard to release their private album; but Shaan is unaware that the company which is launching his album belongs to friend turned foe, Rahul, played by Manish Raisinghania", adds our source.

We hear that Duck knows the fact that the company belongs to Rahul, but he lies to Shaan as he is badly in need of the album. Even Sam is aware of this fact. If sources are to be believed, there will be a huge confrontation between Duck and Shaan when this fact is revealed.

Our source continues, "Also by mid next week, Shaan and Rahul will come face to face with each other, and this happens in the cafe when Duck and Shaan are jamming and singing. Meanwhile, Sam (Priyanka Bassi) gives a detailed presentation regarding the preparations she has in mind for Rahul's wedding; she plans a Royal Rajasthani wedding but Rahul refuses the proposal and wants a Christian wedding instead as his would-be-wife is a Christian".

When contacted, Karan Tacker confirmed the news of becoming a singer saying, "Yes, Shantanu wants to become a singer again. He is rejuvenated and confident enough to start his own band again. Of course, Khanak is an ideal Indian wife and will stand by Shaan forever (smiles). Rang Badalti Odhani has a new flavour to offer and we hope viewers like this change".
