In a startling turn of events, the Mumbai Crime Branch has made significant progress in the investigation of the firing incident outside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's residence. On April 14, chaos erupted as two gunmen opened fire outside Khan's Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai. The incident sent shockwaves across the nation, leaving the public deeply concerned.

Recent developments indicate that the Mumbai Crime Branch, in collaboration with local authorities, embarked on a search operation near the Tapi River in Surat, Gujarat. Their mission: to recover the weapons used in the brazen attack. Following intense efforts, law enforcement authorities have successfully retrieved one gun along with several live cartridges from the riverbed.

The accused individuals, identified as Sagar Pal and Vicky Gupta, who were apprehended in connection with the shooting, provided crucial information during interrogation. They confessed to disposing of one of the firearms in the Tapi River following the incident. It has come to light that the shooters were armed with two guns and were instructed to unleash a barrage of 10 rounds of bullets.

On April 19, Khan departed from Mumbai for Dubai, where he attended an event under heavy security surveillance. Following his return, Khan has resumed his routine activities, albeit under increased security measures.
