She added that she is nervous as well because this is her debut in a lead role. She said there is no regret in the choices she has made in her career. In these six years of her time in the industry, she has always worked hard, given several auditions, and done mock shoots for lead characters. It's quite a thing to crack an audition and do the mock shoot. However, She has realised that along with talent, luck plays a major role in bagging lead characters. When things wouldn't fall into place for her, she knew the other artist, who bagged the protagonist role, was more fortunate than her.
The actress, on how she plans to portray the role of Payal in the show, comments that she saw the episode featuring her and will try to play it with conviction. She further commented on Anshula Dhawan and said that she was good and had to exit, unfortunately, due to her prior comment. She has seen Anshula's portrayal as a reference point for the character, but she will play it in her own way and follow the brief she has been given.
