After a break from the spotlight, she has made a significant comeback with powerful roles in various web series. Following the release of "Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar," fans have been mesmerized by Bhansali’s direction.
In a recent Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on Instagram, Raveena's fans expressed their wish to see her in a project helmed by Bhansali. Additionally, they showed interest in seeing her share the screen with Diljit Dosanjh. Here’s what she had to say.
During the AMA session, Raveena answered several fan questions. One fan asked, “Can we see you in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie or a Punjabi film with Diljit Dosanjh?”
Raveena responded enthusiastically, sharing a picture of herself from "Bombay Velvet" and writing,
“Yes eagerly waiting to do my first Punjabi film and would love to work with Diljit and so many more talented actors from the Punjabi industry.”

On the professional front, Raveena is set to reunite with Akshay Kumar in the upcoming film "Welcome To The Jungle," a sequel in the popular "Welcome" franchise. The movie boasts an impressive ensemble cast including Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Mika Singh, and Jackie Shroff. Sanjay Dutt, who was originally part of the cast, had to exit due to health concerns.
