Ranbir Kapoor Brings Birthday Cheer to His Spot Boy on the Sets of Love and War

Actor Ranbir Kapoor recently celebrated his spot boy Inder’s birthday on the sets of his upcoming film Love and War. Videos and pictures from the cozy celebration made their way onto social media, capturing the joyful atmosphere.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), Ranbir can be seen standing beside Inder in a room filled with a few others. As Inder cut his birthday cake, Ranbir sang the "Happy Birthday" song. Inder then fed the first slice to Ranbir before sharing it with everyone else. Ranbir waited patiently and then, in a playful gesture, took a piece of cake and dabbed it on Inder's forehead and nose before feeding it to him.

Ranbir followed this up with a warm hug, and after a brief chat, he walked out. At one point, he even cleaned up a small piece of cake that had fallen on the floor. The video, captioned "Ranbir celebrating Inder’s (his spot boy’s) birthday from the sets of Love and War," captured fans' attention and admiration.

Ranbir will soon appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's much-awaited film, Love and War, which also features Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. This marks Ranbir’s first collaboration with Bhansali since his 2007 debut Saawariya. While Vicky Kaushal is working with Bhansali for the first time, Alia Bhatt starred in his 2022 drama Gangubai Kathiawadi.

Additionally, Ranbir will star in Nitesh Tiwari’s highly anticipated adaptation of the Ramayana. He will play the role of Lord Ram, with Sai Pallavi portraying Sita and Yash taking on the role of Ravana. The first part of this ambitious project is expected to release in 2026, followed by the second installment in 2027.
