How do  you feel being a part of Nach Baliye?

How did your Nach Baliye journey begin? Whose decision was it to be a part of the show?

Have you ever danced before?

No, I haven't. Casually kabhi doston ki shadiyon mein kiya karta tha!

Being a non-dancer, how challenging was it for you to be a part of the show?

It is very challenging for me! I am doing better slowly, slowly and I just hope that I will be able to perform better ahead.

What kind of preparations you had to do?

Were you nervous while facing camera for the first time?

We support each other a lot. Whenever either of us gets hurt, we take care of each other. For Kanica, it's more tiring because along with Nach Baliye, she has to do her show as well. I get stressed watching her and ask her as to how is she managing so many things together. I just try to take care of her whenever she is with me.

It's almost 3 months now that we are staying together in Mumbai. It's like a dream come true for us. We have hardly spent a maximum one month time with each other in the last 2 years but now it's around 3 months that we are together and I hope we have still more time to go. I am happy to be with her all the time here.

Yes, they have given us very useful tips as not to get nervous and always be confident. They have made us learn a lot of things and told us to be ourselves as this will makes us go ahead in the competition. I don't visit the Diya Baati set quite often for my rehearsals because I don't like to interfere in Kanica's work. We both give each other enough space and that's what I like.  

Who is the toughest competitor according to you?

Everybody on the show is a toughest competitor according to me because we are non-dancers but everybody in Nach Baliye is a dancer. So, for us everybody is a tough competitor for us.

You are not a good dancer and Sajid Khan has been making fun of you. How does it feel?

I enjoy interacting with Sajid Khan and listening to his funny comments. I don't think that there's anything bad about it because it's very well known that I am a bad dancer. We will be getting the comments according to our performances. I totally enjoy his funny comments and there is no fun when I don't get such funny comments from him or any other judges.

Are you so funny in real life too?

I am just like the way in the show as I am in my real life. I make people laugh with my humor in my real life as well.

What kind of reactions are you getting from your family and friends?

I am getting very good reactions from everyone. Everybody told me that I looked quite nervous in the first episode but they all are happy to see me confident in the second episode. I got so many calls and good feedback. They all saw my last episode and were quite happy about it. It was a very different act and the judges also appreciated it. It felt so nice.

What was your motive to take part in Nach Baliye?

What are your expectations from the show?

My expectations are really high but looking at the contestants, I can't say anything about it. They are really tough competitors.
