"I was born to entertain" - Sanjay R Gagnani

Last seen in Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls on &TV, Sanjay R Gagnani has made his presence felt in various popular shows like Bairi Piya on Colors, Hamari Devrani and Veera on Star Plus. In conversation with Tellybuzz, the actor shares his thoughts on working in the industry and his journey in the field of acting.

Sanjay said, "I was an entertainer since my school days. The whole school looked upto me for my dance performances whenever we had annual functions, Teachers Day or any other celebrations. I spent more time on the stage in school and college rather than lectures and classrooms. That's when I knew, I was born to entertain."

Shedding some light on his growth in this field, the good-looking actor mentioned, "Every show I have acted in and every set I've worked at, has given me a lot of knowledge and I'm the happiest whenever I'm at the sets since I'm a learner and every new day at the sets of any show has something new to offer. I love learning and expanding my horizons as an actor by observing others and adapting positive qualities from my co-actors or anyone from the crew."

Elaborating on his plans in this field, Sanjay stated about how he plans to play lead roles which are uncommon and unexplored. The actor also showed an inclination towards his interest in reality shows.  

Sanjay mentioned, "I do not want to get stereotyped in this field as it makes my work monotonous. I am interested in doing roles which have never been done before and I am also open to doing reality shows like Nach Baliye, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and Fear Factor."
