"I want to do films and BOLD web shows" says Vivek Dahiya

Television actor Vivek Dahiya, who will be seen in Qayamat Ki Raat, says he wants to be a part of the silver screen and also wants to do bold shows on the web.

Television actor Vivek Dahiya, who will be seen on Star Plus with Qayamat Ki Raat, says he wants to be a part of the silver screen and also wants to do bold shows on the web.

Asked what he feels about television actors getting an opportunity to work on the silver screen, Vivek said, "I am very excited about this whole change that is happening. There are no stigmas or labels attached with you anymore irrespective of what platform you are coming from. I am so glad that it is happening in the time when I am a part of this mainstream acting."

Vivek, who is married to actress Divyanka Tripathi, says that he eventually wants to get into acting in Hindi films.

"So, yes absolutely. That's what I want to do eventually. I do want to do films, want to get into the whole web (series) bold shows where there is content and no tab and go crazy with your story," he added.

Qayamat Ki Raat, a supernatural thriller, will be airing on Star Plus. It also stars Karishma Tanna, Deepika Kakar, Nirbhay Wadhwa and Dalljiet Kaur.

@pesi11: At least none of the names you mentioned used their partners to get their roles they were already star kids. And most importantly they didn't emotionally blackmail the producer of their show/movie to get them a role. There's nothing to be sad about. Ask mrs.DT to produce a show with mr.DT, why not just him, get his entire family & her entire family as main actors, who's stopping them. I know it won't happen as mrs.DT doesn't want to see losses bcoz of mr.DT's acting skills. Better advised would be mrs.DT sending mr.DT to acting school.

Would be better if you learn to act , wanna do films lol. Even the best of TV actors have a hard time acting well in films. How is Ekta even casting him as a lead, it is just beyond me.

Why not let your work speak rather than getting the wife' publicist manager to run interviews either alone or with wife to promote yourself. Basically he wants to do some erotic thrillers on the web. Sorry state DT.

yeah yeah why not. If not for nepotism, you might have not even had an stretched role in YHM, forget about you being lead in an show. First learn acting mr.DT. Looks will help only for modeling
