What does fitness mean to you? What's your idea of fitness?

Fitness means a lot to me. I think it is a way of life, one should enjoy working out for being fit otherwise it is of no use.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

I workout in gym, every evening I go at Juhu for jogging I take an entire round of it.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

No I am not that conscious I don't starve to remain fit, but I eat right in proper quantity to remain fit.

Yes I do

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

I like playing cricket and football because that really helps you in remaining fit.

Tiger Shroff because his body is flexible and it is not stiff like other actors.

What is your fitness secret?

My fitness secret is my parents as they are very conscious about their health both of them are very fit, so they set an example for me. They admire me to remain fit, I enjoy working hard to remain fit.

A fitness tip for your fans

I would like to tell my fans that you should always go the natural way to keep fit as far as possible. Enjoy exercising don't take it as a burden , until or unless you don't enjoy your whole idea of remaining fit fails.
