"Ankit is just like any other contestant for me" - Roopal Tyagi #BB9

Popular television actress Roopal Tyagi, who has been in the news regarding her relationship with her co-star Ankit Gera who at the same time was in a relationship with Ada Khan, is all set to be one of the contestant in the Bigg Boss 9- Double Trouble house.

TellyBuzz speaks to Roopal to know more about her entry in the house, her expectations, about Ankit being a part of the show and much more. Read on to know what she said...

Why did you opt for Bigg Boss?

Its a very different kind of reality show and the most challenging one I feel. It was an opportunity that I had to grab. I don't see any reason to not be a part of it; I just took it up.

What are the strategies that you are going to follow inside the house?

I don't have any strategies because I don't know the tasks and I don't know about the contestants. My plan is just to go in, be myself and enjoy. I want to just experience everything and come out as a happy person.

How are you going to face all the fights and controversies taking place inside the house?

I will try my best to not to get myself involved in any of that.  However, there is no problem even if I do come involved because I have been part of controversies in the past, and I know how it feels already.  It was scary for me when it happened to me for the first time but now I have realized and I know that its not a big deal.

What's your take on Ankit Gera also being a part of the show?

Even after everything happened, we continued working with each other for a very long time and it was fun so I think that its going to be the same way. I hope so and I will try to be cordial just the way I was on my set. He is just like any other contestant for me. Its not a big deal!

How are you expecting your Bigg Boss journey to be?

I am expecting it to be a lot of fun and an experience in a positive way that I would not forget for a long time.

Tell us something your strength which can take you up and one weakness which can bring you down inside the house?

My weakness would be that I won't be able to talk to my Mom Dad for quite a long time which I do everyday. They are the ones who know everything about me. My strength would be - I don't think that I will take any situation too seriously.   

Do you think that the show can be a turning point for your career?

Every show can do that and even if this show isn't that turning point for my career, I am still as involved in it and at the end of the day its all worth it.

How did your close ones and fans react when they get to know that your are entering the house?

They all said that I am going to have a good time inside the house. Everyone is quite excited about my entry to the house and its good to see that people are excited to watch me.
