Pavitra Punia aka Geet Dhillon of Star Plus' Love U Zindagi, apparently got a heat stroke yesterday which lead to her hospitalization.

A source close to the actor says, "Actually she was all fine when she came on the sets yesterday morning. She also shot a few scenes with the cast as well. But post lunch, Pavitra started feeling uneasy and she was down with high fever."

"After sometime, her health deteriorated and was unable to shoot further. Seeing her bad condition, production released her from the shoot and last night, we all got to know that she has been hospitalized due to heat and food poisoning. And hence the shoot is cancelled for today", adds source.

We contacted Siddharth Shukla and he confirmed, "Yes, my co actor Pavitra has been hospitalized last night as she got a heat stroke and some food poisoning issue."

We tried contacting Pavitra Punia but she remained unavailable for her comments.

Tellybuzz wishes Pavitra a speedy recovery!
