'Pasoori Nu' Remake: Kartik Aaryan & Kiara Advani's sizzling chemistry takes centre stage

Following the much-anticipated teaser release, the makers of SatyaPrem Ki Katha unveiled the highly awaited song, Pasoori Nu, on Monday. This rendition serves as a remake of the immensely popular Pakistani song Pasoori, originally sung by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill. The recreated version features the soulful voices of Arijit Singh and Tulsi Kumar. 

The music video showcases the film's lead actors, Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, in a mesmerizing display of romance and chemistry.

On YouTube, the makers shared the Pasoori Nu music video with the caption, "Presenting the song Pasoori Nu from the movie SatyaPrem Ki Katha. Relive the global hit! Kartik Aaryan as SatyaPrem and Kiara Advani as Katha…" The video treats viewers to breathtaking glimpses of the film, featuring the picturesque mountains of Kashmir as a backdrop, while Kartik and Kiara's on-screen chemistry takes centre stage.

For the music video, both actors don matching white outfits as they lip-sync the reworked lyrics, which have been translated into Hindi from the original Punjabi and Urdu languages. The music for Pasoori Nu is composed by Rochak Kohli and Ali Sethi, while the lyrics are penned by Gurpreet Saini X Ali Sethi.

The original Pasoori song, sung by Ali Sethi and Shae Gill, gained immense popularity, even becoming the most-searched song on Google in 2022. However, news of its remake for SatyaPrem Ki Katha generated mixed reactions among fans. While some eagerly awaited the revamped version, others took to Twitter to express their criticism.

As Pasoori Nu takes the airwaves by storm, it remains to be seen how the audience will respond to this reinterpretation of the chart-topping track.
