In the upcoming episode, doctors treating Suman will reveal to Natasha the shocking news of Suman's deteriorating condition, sending shivers down Natasha's spine. The doctor informs her that Suman has been placed on a ventilator because her organs are not functioning properly. Meanwhile, a nurse adds to the tension by disclosing the unavailability of the required medicine, primarily found in Mumbai, compounding the crisis.

In another subplot, filled with anger, Chiku storms into the Makwana house, confronting Amrish. Amrish questions Chiku's intentions, suspecting if he has any new plans to demolish the Pandya Store. In response, Chiku clarifies that he isn't after the store but has found a way to break Amrish. He introduces himself as Yashodan Pandya and declares his determination to confront Amrish. As Chiku attempts to strike Amrish, Amrish intervenes.
