Bollywood actress Palak Tiwari recently debuted with Salman Khan's 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.' Palak Tiwari, daughter of Shweta Tiwari, caused a stir during the promotion of her debut film by disclosing a rule enforced by Salman Khan that prohibits women from wearing low necklines on film sets. This revelation went viral on the Internet, and even Salman addressed it in a recent interview. However, his response received backlash from social media users. Palak later admitted that she had made an error in judgment and that it was a valuable lesson for her.
However, in a recent interview, Palak confessed that she made a mistake and took the statement as a learning experience.
During an interview with The Times of India, Palak Tiwari clarified her previous statement about Salman Khan's rule against women wearing low necklines on film sets. She explained that it's part and parcel of the industry and that she wasn't surprised by it.
Palak also mentioned that Salman is an understanding individual, who knows her well enough to know she wouldn't speak negatively about him. She further stated that making a mistake is the best way to learn and would keep this in mind for the rest of her life. Palak expressed that she sees this as a learning experience and hopes to avoid being in a similar position again.
For the unversed earlier, Salman had revealed the reason behind his rule, stating that he believed that women's bodies are more precious and that the more covered they are, the better he feels about it. He added that the problem isn't with women but men who stare at women inappropriately.
The movie "Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan" also starred Shehnaaz Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal, and Jassie Gill in critical roles and enjoyed a decent run at the box office. However, Palak's statement regarding Salman's rule garnered more attention than the movie, causing social media controversy.
