There has been a new development to SAB TV's hospital drama Dr. Bhanumati on Duty. While we had earlier reported about its lead face Kavita Kaushik to quit the show and Shweta Tiwari being roped in for the same, seems like there has been a new change.

Our source informs us that due some issues with the production team, Shweta has not been a absorbed for the role and the makers have locked in another actress to play the lead in the show.

And she is none other than SAB TV face Debina Bonnerjee Choudhary, who has earlier been part of Chidiya Ghar and Yam Hai Hum on SAB TV. Debina Bonnerjee will be seen playing Dr. Madhumati on the show and title of the show has also been changed to Dr. Madhumati on Duty.

When contacted Debina Bonnerjee, she confirmed the news and stated, "I will start shooting for the show in 2-3 days. I can only talk about my character after that."
